If I could put no stars I would. DO NOT GO THERE. She is more concerned on getting paid for a visit than take care of others health. I called 3 weeks ago for my refills to be sent to the pharmacy. I emailed her my list of medications which I should be in my chart. She insisted that I come for a visit and I told her front desk I can not come to the appointment I just started a new job. I was still billed $15 she is all about getting money for services she did not complete. It was weird that she said that my cholesterol was high and I needed medication and did not prescribed me anything. She doesn't care about my health. I found a new doctor and advise people do not go to a doctor that is money hungry instead of caring. I reported her to the Department of Health www.health.ny.gov. My health is deteriorating because I have not received my meds in 3 weeks. I told her I was going to report her and she responded by saying "GO AHEAD"
Instead of saying how can I help you she wanted to argue and I told her I will be reporting her and her front desk staff. They are rude and play along with her with hanging up and putting me on HOLD and not coming back. TERRIBLE!!!!!
DO NOT GO THERE FIND A BETTER DOCTOR THAT CARES!!!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. V for a few years and have only had positive experiences. Her calm disposition is comforting and she listens with a level of empathy not often seen by GPs. She also phoned me directly to provide test results that needed addressing. Additionally, her and her staff swiftly rectified a billing issue without prodding. I rarely wait more than 15 mins post designated appointment. Her long time nurse is professional and pleasant as he takes my blood; helping me to relax since I get anxious with the process. I would recommend this physician.

Dr. Vayntrub has been my primary doctor for years. She is attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, and promotes a healthy lifestyle. The office is always clean too and her staff are kind and courteous also. Charles is Great! with patients. I recommend them.

I've been going to Dr. Vayntrub for some time now. My mother-in-law initially recommended her when I needed a PCP. She's soooo calm and patient. I live a 45 minute drive away now and still tend to stay with Dr. Vayntrub. I like that she let's me know what I need to do when I'm such and such age etc. Her staff seems friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been coming to Dr. V for almost two decades at this point. She has a good bedside manner and doesn’t leave you waiting for hours to be seen which I really appreciate as a Metroplus insurance holder. The office isn’t big and loud, it’s intimate and personable. The staff are so friendly and professional. I plan to come as long as Dr Vayntrub is practicing.
