I just got off the phone, and the reviews are accurate. I inquired about the costs for euthanasia, and I had to check the woman before she would simply answer. What was with the attitude? And I had to actually tell her to pass the phone to someone who wants to be helpful so I could get answers and she corrected herself. I don't want to deal with your attitude when I'm putting my dog down lady. I'm really glad I didn't go to this location before checking the reviews.

The prices are also quite a bit higher than other places. 550 and 750 i believe.

I'm glad I looked up the reviews, and I'm glad the first call was exactly what others said in the reviews. Hard pass on this location.

First off, this review is NOT about the front desk staff! Both ladies, especially Anna, were incredibly helpful and considerate. They are 10/10, and I truly believe Anna is the reason my dog is alive today. She went above and beyond, and for that, I’m forever grateful.

I’ve been bringing my dog to this clinic for about 3 years and have always had great experiences—up until recently. My dog was diagnosed with pyometra, a life-threatening infection that requires urgent care. This time, I explained to the clinic that I didn’t have much money, and the treatment I received was shockingly different from when I had more funds in the past.

Both the vet and vet tech gave off a very unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Especially after spending $1,000. Instead of assisting me in finding a facility that could take my dog for emergency surgery (as they had done on a previous visit when I had the funds), they handed me a list of low-cost shelters. I called several of the places on the list, only to be told they don’t handle emergency surgeries and had no idea why their numbers were given to me.

What’s upsetting is the stark difference in how I was treated based on my financial situation. It felt unprofessional and disheartening. I won’t be taking my dog back here again.

But Anna, if you see this, none of this is on you! You are an angel and a godsend! Thank you for everything.

I absolutely love the staff and love Dr Krieger! Super super helpful and knowledgeable and available. The ONLY reason I don’t give it a full 5 stars is bc, on rare occasions, they overbook and can get backed up (and can be hard to know what services to pay for at times). But they are still my vet of choice in the area. Good people.

I made a last minute appointment for my sweet senior dog & the front desk receptionist was great! Very helpful & attentive but I was disappointed with the male assistant with the tattoos and piercings. He wasn’t friendly and rushed all of my answers which made me nervous and uncomfortable. The vet on duty was kind and very helpful and we appreciate her greatly. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back there because I don’t do well with unkind energy of any sort, plus my dog cannot speak for herself so I don’t trust her around tense people (the guy with the tattoos)

Brought 2 of my 3 cats in for check ups and vaccines for the first time with this office. The staff was great. Answered all my questions, their eyes didn't glaze over when I overexplained everything about my cats. They actually asked about their medical history. They gave me actionable options to treat my anxious TriPawd (my last vet basically shrugged him off as just a quirky cat). They didn't guilt me for not getting every possible vaccine all at once. And reasonable prices! They seem to actually like cats, which seems oddly rare with a lotta LA vets. Definitely bringing in my third cat soon. ?

This is the best veterinary center I have ever used. They are kind and professional and my dog actually enjoys visiting them. They also send follow up emails to check on him and they notify us when he is need of a vaccination or any other treatment he needs. Could not recommend this vet enough!!!!

No waiting! Staff was fun - especially Vet Tec - & Dr. Krieger was a breath of fresh air - upbeat, yet professional, sympathetic & knowledgable & he conducted the exam of his patient, my 21 year old male kitty, w/out drugging him w/gabapentin! I also appreciate my Senior discount!

so took my my 3 year old Frenchie in after an emergency and they were so attentive, helpful, caring and calming. They helped with payment options and the Dr even had a dog of my same breed with the exact same issues. I highly recommend. They do not oversell or over promise. Dr.Terussi is everything I was looking for in a vet!
