I came here at 3am on Sunday morning and the care we received from VEG was excellent. They put us in a secluded exam room and kept me in the loop with everything happening. While the wait was long because they had a busy night, they kept me informed and very comfortable. They took excellent care of my dog and reviewed all of their procedures with me. They were all very professional and caring for my dog Louie.

This place was exceptional! The people at VEG made my pup and me feel comforted and valued. I hope no one needs a 24-hour veterinarian hospital, but this is the place to go if they do. I got someone on the phone immediately at 2:00 in the morning on a Sunday. I was able to see someone right away. The online process for generating documentation, forms, and invoicing quotations made the administrative process easy and never distracted from the in-person attention required during a stressful time. While the place can be expensive, they provide many options to help support the unexpected costs accompanying an emergency like this. I'm so happy I received the care and support needed for my little buddy. I recommend the people at the Veterinary Emergency Group.

This is by far the best place you can go with your pet when you are having an emergency. The doctor is and the entire staff are so thoughtful, compassionate, and kind. Sadly, I’ve had to put two dogs down in the past year and VEG makes the transition much less traumatic. Dr Tigler is thoughtful and truly understands what our animals are going through and will help you make the best decision for your furry friends. If you’re looking for an emergency vet, VEG is the BEST. They mailed us our pups prints with a sweet handwritten card which was a nice touch.

It was my first time coming here but I am so so so glad I did! Had an emergency with my pet rat and they took him in right away and treated him! I called a million places trying to get him seen quickly because he was having breathing issues and no one was willing to help, but VEG was more than willing, even with him being exotic! And anyone who has a pet Rat or other “exotic” pet knows just how hard it is to find care for them, and trustworthy care at that! Natasha the tech and Daisy the Veterinarian were so so so amazing and I couldn’t recommend them more! Love them both!!! All of the other staff were so great as well, I had brought all three of my rats in, the other two being moral support for their sick brother, and the staff was loving cuddling them and giving them all the attention and love while their brother was being treated, and the boys were absolutely eating it up! I appreciate everyone being so kind and knowledgeable and making me feel like my baby was in the best hands possible! They also took the time to dose out every single dose of his meds into individual syringes, to make it easier for me since it’s such a tiny baby dose, it makes it so incredibly easy for me, and I appreciate all the girls taking time to do that for me, makes a world of difference. I also love being able to stay with my pet and not having them dragged into a scary back room alone, and I know my boy appreciated being able to stay with me as well, and seeing all the other pet parents in there with their babies right in the treatment room, sitting by them and not forced to stay in a waiting room was amazing, as someone who’s been to a million different vets with different animals, it’s not something you get to do elsewhere and I know our pets want to stay with us! I will not be going anywhere else for my pet ever again when i have an emergency, they truly are the best there is! Could not recommend them more!

We had an AMAZING experience at VEG today! This is our third Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and anyone who knows the breed knows that emergency visits are an integral part of life. Our 12 week old puppy presented with chest congestion and was seen immediately. They performed a variety of reasonable tests and addressed our issue with expediency and care. Our boy kissed the vet and slept through the final evaluation. He even perked up on the way home after meds. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic all around. Great staff, warm, friendly, courteous, realistic, cheerful, and more. Great facilities were you can be with your furry family member. They saved my girl that was statistically not going to live, but nine days later, she walked out. I can't say enough good things. I advise everyone reading this, get up to date on your vaccines and have pet insurance to make this easier. Again, I can't recommend them enough.
