Visited the facility in Aug 1st week & the staff are very courteous & friendly to deal with. Dr.M Shivakumar is knowledgeable and highly professional. I really appreciated and liked the way she spoke to me during my visit. She listened intently with compassion & understanding, I felt like meeting an old friend & she made me comfortable seeing a doctor after almost two decades. She answered all my questions clearly and patiently - Thank you, Doc, & wish you the Very Best !

I was a walk-in and they were able to see me quickly. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The doctor listened to what I said and also explained her reasoning for everything. A very positive experience.

Had a wonderful visit at Vcare. Dr.Siva patiently listened and discussed the symptoms and condition. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable, additionally she treats all her patients with lots empathy and kindness. The front office were excellent too on the scheduling and appointments, very polite and courteous on their communication.

Had annual check-up back in April. Visit was nice and great. However, I was billed for regular diagnostic lab services and was not considered as annual checkup. They realized their mistake with billing codes back in July and still not yet fixed. They acknowledge, but do not fix. For every follow up of mine, they ask for 30 days to get the issue reflected at my insurance which never happened till now after 2 months after their ack.

This urgent care is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly. Dr. Siva is my primary doctor. She is very knowledgeable and explaining well of everything that is good and not good for you. A highly recommendable medical establishment.

Dr. Sivakumar is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure your questions are addressed. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and will address concerns without making you feel rushed. Very clean and organized office. Front desk receptionist are very attentive,organized and easy to work with. It is also very nice to have my primary and urgent care under on roof.

This place is amazing. Dr. Siva is my primary. A very good doctor, but also a truly caring physician. This facility has both primary and urgent care and maintained very well. The staffs are very well trained and friendly. They are flexible with appointments and provide follow up reminders. I highly recommend this place.
