I am so impressed by the knowledge and professionalism every single person we came into contact with here. They took such good care of our kitty Jack and made sure we had all the information and choices we needed. Since Jack had to have surgery they called us every morning and afternoon with updates which was so wonderful! We will absolutely be bringing our other pets here for care. Thank you so much!

I am a volunteer and cat foster mom with SOS Cat Rescue AZ and I brought in 5 kittens for their 1st set of vaccines. The staff at Civano were caring and professional. They gave the kittens treats and comforted them after the shots. Everyone wanted to hold the kittens and love on them. It was a very positive experience for all the kittens: Robin, Mona Lisa, Linnet, Finch and Lark. All the kittens are up for adoption through SOS Cat Rescue AZ. Thanks Civano!

If I could have given 10 stars, I would. I want to sincerely thank the staff at Civano Animal Hospital for their professionalism and kindness. Although the outcome of our visit was somber, the staff did their absolute best to show empathy and warmth. They even went above and beyond by sending us a sympathy card, sharing their heartfelt condolences. While I hope to never have to go to an emergency vet again, if I do, I know Civano will take excellent care of our pets. Thank you and thank you to Dr. Cahill. With love and gratitude Aubrey

If you find yourself with an emergency pet situation, this is the place to go. It was recommended to me by friends who have had good experiences there & we had a great experience as well. Everyone we saw was very helpful & kind. They explained what was going on & answered all of our questions. They let us come visit when our dog (who ate too many things she shouldn’t have had gas & foreign objects in her stomach causing bloat) had to stay overnight. We hope she learned her lesson & we wont need an emergency clinic again. If we do, this is our first choice. Thank you to everyone who helped Abby after she made bad choices:) Her family is very happy she is OK❤️❤️❤️

My husky was bitten by a rattlesnake in my own backyard, and I'm so glad I took her here! They provided fast and quality medical care, and even did ALL of the communication with Trupanion to get her stay covered/paid. I was crying/vomiting when I brought her in, and they gave me water and ice packs. They contacted me often to tell me how she was improving and what the next steps would be. Despite being naturally anxious, my girl was comfortable and happy when I picked her up. I'm very thankful to the people at Civano for making a bad situation so much less stressful than it could have been! ?❤️

My story is a touch sad. We were traveling and I can’t say enough thank yous to the vet staff!! My 12 year old “Most Valuable Dog” Pug mix was actively dying, and we were very far from our home. I appreciate the very straightforward way we were treated. On the other hand, it took a good bit to get her cremains sent to Michigan. To be fair, I’m not sure that the person in charge of shipping from the front of the house had ever shipped any cremains. All in all, I’m happy to have my girl back.

This was my first visit and it was an emergency visit. I left so impressed I asked the doctor to be my corgis new vet. Doc Farrell and Tech Damian were the best. They both were thorough with their explanations of what was going to happen and what needed to be done. They, along with the entire office I dealt with, were compassionate and pleasant. VCA Civano is EASY to recommend and I thank them for their services!

We have used Civano for several years. Staff has always been great with our family pet. We recently had to have our dog euthanized. We arrived at the hospital during a shift change and the needed staff was not expected to be available for an hour. The staff on duty diid everything possible to get a vet available as quickly as possible. All involved were very accommodating and compassionate to help through this tough time as easily as possible.
