I am truly grateful for the entire team at URvet Care—from the front desk staff to the techs, nurses, and doctors. Each person showed genuine care and professionalism while taking care of my cat. Despite his condition, he seemed comfortable and well looked after. I feel so lucky to have found this wonderful clinic and its amazing team. I highly recommend them!

Long Island Bulldog Rescue brought a 4 yr old female French Bulldog, Elle to URvet Care Midtown Medical Center Thurs. She was moments from being euthanized at a Shelter, for an obstruction. She was in pain, and very underweight. Dr Schliselberg performed some tests and examined her. She had a dangerous situation where her intestines were telescoping in and she could not process food, and had loads of adhesions from having litters. She went into surgery in the morning. She lost a piece of her intestine, but the most astonishing thing was she woke up from anesthesia as if nothing had happened!!! She was alert, walking around and taking little bits of food as if nothing happened. We have been rescuing Bulldogs for 25 yrs and have never seen a Bulldog wake up so fast and act so normal after being at deaths door just less than 24 hrs before! Great job Dr. Shliselberg and URvet Midtown Medical Center!!! ♥️ Elle & LIBR!

It is rare to find an animal hospital with this kind of service. The facility is state of the art, the vets are highly trained and together with their staff, they genuinely love our pets, and it clearly shows through their bedside manner. I wish our medical care in this country was as good as URvet! Highly recommend!!!

So thankful for an extremely compassionate and kind staff during our most difficult decision, allowing us to give a beautiful send off to our sweet German shepherd Rocky. We got to be seen on the same day the first time, and were able to book another appointment right away two days later on the same day as well, which is such a huge relief when your pet is feeling unwell and you just want to find help for them right away. Everyone made Rocky’s visits here SO special and happy despite him not feeling his best and I can’t express how much that warms my heart, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hope you are all blessed ten-times more for the kindness and love you show others, I’m sure it’s not always easy on your end either.

Beautiful, clean, cheerful place to take your pet!! They are so thorough and professional. I recommend all the doctors. The staff is very gentle and kind. Perfect when you have an anxious dog! Quick and efficient plus they take you on time. I 100% recommend this new edition to the area! We needed a great veterinarian office!!

Such a caring staff & setting altogether, from the front desk to the back… every set of hands on deck is so supportive & caring. The only trustworthy place Id recommend to bring any of your pets - these guys will look after your pet like as though they were their own. Lots of love for the URVET staff - love to see people that love what they do ❤️

I'm writing this not to criticize, but to offer constructive feedback. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience here. My cat was shaved without our consent, given medication without our knowledge, and handled roughly. As a result, he's been frightened and withdrawn. I urge you to reconsider your approach to handling cats and interacting with pet owners. Even the receptionists could be more welcoming.

Do not take your pet here. Staff is incompetent and will overcharge you. I brought my cat here for an emergency urinary blockage, they told me they couldn't unblock him, wasted my time arguing then handed me my cat wrapped in a towel, not even in his crate, charged me $800 and then sent me to another vet. The other vet was able to unblock and treat him within the night for less than Urvet charged to do absolutely nothing.
