I am extremely grateful for the vets at Upper Valley Clinic. We had no idea why our adult cat was changing behaviors like using the bathroom indoors and shedding large amounts. We assumed it was a UTI but thanks to the Vet they found a tooth problem that we have never seen before! They extracted the tooth with care and our cat is much better. It's been 3 weeks and our cat is using her litter box and is noticeably clean and soft which means she's bathing herself again. She is happy and we are happy because we don't have to clean out the carpet every day!

I took my dog in yesterday to get her fixed, and even though she's never been with random people alone before, she was treated so well that she wasn't afraid of them after I picked her up. They even called to check up on her today and make sure she was doing well! I definitely recommend this place!

Took my dog in today for his vaccinations and the vet tech the entire time they worked. She held his mouth shut to the point he was trying to push her arm away. Not to mention the one concern I've had for the last year and told them about twice (a cracked tooth), they somehow needed to get a cleaning for even though I can see it fine. I've taken him to two other vets and never been told this. Never again.

This will forever be my favorite veterinary clinic. They get you in quickly, they care about your animals. During a brief stay out of state, local clinics wouldn’t let me ask simple medical emergency questions without having me pay a $250+ fee first. So naturally, I knew to call Upper Valley because I knew they cared about my dog. They are truly the best clinic ever and are very fairly priced, don’t take them for granted!!!

I called Upper Valley Veterinary Clinic at 2:16pm requesting an appointment for my pup and they were able to get him seen at 4pm. The check in was quick, the wait-time in the exam room was minimal, and all of the staff was courteous and professional. My puppy needed 3 prescriptions and those plus the visit was only $114. I will recommend them again and again!

We were visiting Yellowstone and our dog ended up with a semi-emergency situation( breed issue not park issue). Dr. Jason Epslin was on call on Saturday and was so kind and gentle with our dog. Helped him with some meds and to be safe to get home. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Came in to get my puppy his shots and it made him jump and yelp and the vet said “that was pretty dramatic” very unprofessional and I will be taking my dog to a different vet. Staff up front seem stuck up and not very welcoming. Only towards certain people.
