Muy agradecida con cada una de las personas que trabajan en este lugar, me han hecho sentir valiosa al poderme ayudar con mi perro que fue atacado por otro perro dejándolo en malas condiciones. Le han regresado la vida en un momento muy crítico.

I have taken my two cats here for two years and I couldn’t be happier with the care that they have received from Dr. Weber, Dr. Butler & the Seven Hills team.

When we first arrived, and needed to establish care/assess my cats, Dr. Weber diligently and skillfully sifted through the vet records that I brought, which were in English and three additional languages (due to us coming from living in other countries).

Dr. Weber was able to ascertain precisely what they needed and when, despite the language barriers.

Over the course of two years, she was also able to quickly and accurately diagnose and treat my cat’s asthma as well as her feline herpes. My cat is much healthier now.

I am able to get appointments/services by using the voicemail function, including appointments and prescription updates.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

My family and I brought our 13 year old corgi, Eddie, in on 9/29 after he suddenly collapsed and was vomiting and had diarrhea. He was unable to stand up or even hold his head up, so my mom and sister rushed him to Seven Hills since it was right by the house (his actual vet of on the other side of town). There was no one else in the lot so they rushed him in. The receptionist was immediately rude to them and had no sense of urgency while they were clearly holding an incapacitated dog in the atrium. They were told the office was "extremely busy," but there was no one else in the lobby - they were preparing for a 5 hour surgery in the back, but otherwise nothing else. The vet that saw Eddie (we didn't get her name) was EXTREMELY kind and explained everything in detail so we could understand. It appeared that Eddie had hemangiosarcoma and a mass on his spleen had ruptured. As a family, we had to make the difficult decision to put Eddie to sleep since he wouldn't survive surgery at his age. You would think that at this time, the office would prioritize the well-being of the family who was about to lose their beloved dog, but instead, the same receptionist came in and thrust the paperwork and a $1500 bill to end my dog's life in my mom's face before we even got to see him. No bedside manner, no kind words, just an "insert card here" and then an exit. When we lost our first corgi, the previous vet made it clear we could pay the bill on our time when we were ready, which made the process so much easier and less painful. I had to watch my mother completely fall apart because the receptionist showed no regard for our situation. Policy or not, I was incredibly disappointed in how this was handled and will not be recommending this place to anyone

That being said, I would like to once again sing the praises of the actual vet we worked with. She get clearly did everything she could to make Ed comfortable in his final moments, and empathized with us by sharing the story of how she lost her dog to the same incurable cancer. She made the family feel better in a situation with essentially no hope. We cannot thank her enough for giving us those final moments with our precious puppy

I visited several vets after moving to Colorado in 2020. I have three dogs, one who has epilepsy. I found seven hills when one of my other dogs had an emergency. I really appreciated their emergency care and decided to try them for our general care as well. I’ve been absolutely delighted with Dr. Supon. She understands the cost limitations with having multiple dogs, and one with a chronic condition. She gives no pressure regarding difficult decisions related to potential treatments versus cost effective options. She is caring and pragmatic. My only hesitation in leaving a review is if everyone knows how fantastic she is, it could be harder to get an appointment ?. The staff and scheduling are also top notch. We’ve found our lifelong vet, and it is such a relief!

I had a horrible experience with this veterinary hospital. My 9 month old puppy ate something he should not have on his walk with my husband. The next morning it became evident, because he was very lethargic and would not eat.
I obviously was distressed and called Seven Hills Emergency Vet as they were close to where I lived.
On the phone I gave the intake person my dogs symptoms and he offered a general appointment at 8 am. ( obviously he thought it did not warrant a ER visit)
Turns out Harley had a 4.8 temperature and they stated they would need to hospitalize him. They also said after 10 am it would be an ER visit and cost associated with that.

The first Vet I saw ordered, exrays ( and for additional cost ordered them stat), urine analysis, blood work etc
I thought it was excessive and remarked, "is this really necessary?" She said, we are casting a wide net to figure out what is wrong". I said have you given him antiobiodics? she stated, " no not until you sign off on paperwork".

I called them around 3 pm as I did not hear from them and they said he was doing better and his temp was going down. The liquid antibiodics they gave him helped and he was getting better.

She stated that the xrays were. "unremarkable, but there were materials".

On the phone I was told I could pick him up at 7 pm, they wanted to keep him over night, but since his temperature was better I was able to bring him home. They wanted to preform a tick test and I declined.
I was told to fast Harley and bring him in for more xrays. That day Dr Edward called me said, " he was may need a scope or surgery depending on results of xrays."
Harley was eating and acting normal and so I declined and this Dr. Edwards was not happy and was very aggressive in stating Harley needed surgery. I asked what happened to the scope option.
She said it might not work and then he will need surgery as well.

She told me I would need to sign an AMA (against medical advice) and I told her I wanted a second opinion and he had an appointment on Tuesday with his vet. Dr Edwards stated, " I don't know if he will be alive on Tuesday".

She wanted to send him home with antinausea pills and he wasnt even throwing up. She then said, Can I at least hydrate him?". I said fine. When I showed up it was an addition $78 dollars for her to hydrate him.

I took him home and his one his shoulder was very lumpy and it was because of the hydration they gave him, it eventually went down, but I found it interesting that he went to his water bowl and drank a lot of water.

Needless to say, Harley is still alive, eating normally and is very happy.

With an elderly dog it was important to find a vet that also offers emergency service. The staff are great and the vets provide us the best information on the care for my dog Snowball. They provide me options and sound advice.

You are in for a good one! I love my dogs, but this hospital has makes it hard to care for them. I have been going to this vet hospital for 10 -15 years, 4 dogs total. No problems until…last year I was having my 2 current dogs teeth cleaned and after lab work drop off dogs. Later that day vet called that they needed to extract some teeth. I gave the ok, with permission documents. later they told me that they had broken one of my dogs jaw. That I had to pay extra for a surgeon to finish the job. Mind you they had already charged me an extra amount for the extraction I believe it was around $500 for one dog. So after paying around $2000 extra on top of the teeth cleaning and extractions. I was told that this sometimes happens to smaller dog breeds. I swallowed my frustration and accepted their explanation. So now to my current dilemma about a month and half ago I took my dogs again to get their teeth cleaned again, let’s start the process with blood work and have your dogs ever had a flu shot? I agreed with the flu shots I told them to do it. I ask for the total and paid it. They told me to come back in a month for their follow up booster which I was giving to understand I had paid for it. After a bit of what I gathered staff was having some communication problems I had to pay almost $200 more on top of bloodwork, I’m starting to get very suspicious skeptical about their professionalism. I had already paid for my dogs lab work I guess I had to see this through. After some cancellations I finally got to take my dogs in.This morning 10/24 after taking a vacation day to make sure no extra charges would incur. They ask me if can sign some documents some on paper other on e-signing it was the just in case your dogs needs more extractions anesthesia or other complications (i tell no extractions just clean their teeth). Btw Their estimates range $160 extra per dog for more anesthetic. It’s safe to say you’re paying for it. I have never paid the what they call the low range. So as she vet doctor agrees to do not extractions on paperwork she ask me on an e signature only the just in case other charges. If my dog needs resuscitation and I ask will you charge me that and she says no…..but charges will incur if if my dog needs meds and equipment to keep him alive. At this point I said let him die then if it’s him time I can’t be paying extra for what they want to do. So doctor says I still need to sign the e-signature pad even though the e-documentation says other wise. I did not feel good with that I ask I prefer that information on the paper so we can put it in writing but she said it was not allowed I proceeded to say if I have to sign then let’s get a recorder so it’s understood. She said it was not ethical to record and with out signing the procedure would not happen. It was her word versus what was on e sign. I didn’t feel well about that since a month n half ago they broke that trust with. I just wanted some to prove on what was said. she did not agree and was going to get me documentation how it was not allowed to record she never provided documentation of recording ( I think she was frustrated with me at this time because I was not agreeing with everything she wanted) instead she brought her lead tech to talk to me (I’m not sure if it’s illegal to record.) as they came in they said I could record. I guess she might it though it funny they where going to dismiss me on recording. She brought in her lead tech and they decided that trust had been broken and that I could take my dogs elsewhere. I reassured them that this was my last time to seven hills vet hospital anyway and all I wanted was to finish this procedure since half was already paid for (bloodwork) That I had stared the process here and I didn’t want to pay elsewhere for more lab work and no extras of their services. After they did not see it my way about me not blindly signing there documentation. They did not want to clean my dogs teeth. I had a 25 minutes discuss ion with them all recorded. …..to continue

I took my 2 year old border collie here after he had been attacked by another dog on our walk. They got us in right away and did a full exam on him to check for any puncture wounds. They cleaned him up and the doctor came out to discuss everything with me and what his home care needs to be. The staff was really great! I was still very shaken up over the whole incident and they helped calm me down and made me feel better.
