I recently brought my 4-month-old puppy to Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital, and I am beyond thrilled with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It's such a relief to have found a wonderful local neighborhood vet!
Dr. Erin Rose was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care for my puppy really stood out. She took the time to discuss all of our options, answer my questions, and thoroughly explained the health and wellness plan for my puppy. I felt so reassured by her expertise, and it was clear that she truly loves what she does. It was such a positive experience, and I am so happy to have found such a caring and professional vet. We look forward to many more visits!

I’m thrilled to have found Dr. Shira Horenstein and her team! After feeling let down by our previous vet due to high fees and lack of genuine care, discovering a practice that offers both reasonable prices and exceptional attention to our pet’s well-being has been a game changer. During an emergency, they accommodated us immediately and treated our cat with kindness and professionalism. I truly feel our cat is receiving top-notch care. I highly recommend Dr. Horenstein for anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy vet!

My cat, Jack, has been there for boarding. He was very relaxed when I pick him up. He had attention all day, they even put a iPad in his area to watch lizard videos!
These are lovely people!
The vet has answered all my questions and examined Jack. Jack is in good hands!

All of the doctors and staff here are wonderful. I have a very fearful/reactive dog and the staff always treats him kindly and with care. It is a drive from where I live but so worth it! The prices are also fair and doctors are honest and looking out for the best interest of your pet. I have referred a lot of friends + family here.

Wow, after years of feeling let down by the exuberant fees of our vet as well as their lack of care/concern for the best interests of my pet, I was beyond excited to find a vet who doesn't price gauge AND cares about my pet! Both my boys are now patients if Dr. Sondhi. So grateful for wonderful vets like him!

The doctors and the staff here have been wonderful. Our dog is very sweet but is not a touchy feels kind of boy. Everyone here has been so kind and patient. Every visit has been a win and I’m so thankful to have found such an amazing team.

Thank you for helping us with our fur babies. Our older cat developed a skin condition that was progressively getting worse. You helped us realize that the issue was our over the counter flea medication was no longer working. Thank you for helping us with this at an affordable price. Also we were amazed at how comfortable our dog and cats were with their visit they actually were calm while being examined. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.
