I took my Little Pup Girl in for a toenail clipping. The wonderful tech noticed her face was swollen so asked the vet to take a peek. Dr. McIntosh saw her nearly immediately.
It’s been three days and my pup’s infection is clearing up. I am grateful to them for taking care of her so quickly. They treated her like she was their own little dog. They treated me well too, despite my being a “ helicopter” dog mom.

Dr. Ana correctly diagnosed an eye problem and said she didn't have much experience with the disease. She pointed me in the direction of a specialist. I could tell she wanted the best care for my four-legged boy, just like I do. I appreciated her honesty and obvious devotion to giving animals the best care possible. I will continue to use Polo Springs for the rest of his care.

Dr Anastasia McIntosh has been our doctor for years. I recently lost my dog (13 years old pit bull, with brain tumor) that been seen here . I dont think she would have lived that long without the care we have received. We never had problems with care here throughout many years, we had surgeries, exams, and vaccinations done here.Now I finally decided to get a new puppy, we had great experience with puppy vaccinations and little tips on puppy care! Dr. Anastasia found a heart murmur and will be setting us up with ultrasound doctor that will come to the clinic. They have been very caring, easy to get appointments with and we have been well taken care of here. I’d recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for good veterinary doctors! I also have a cat, that had surgery, vaccinations and dental procedures done here as well. Never had an issue. Thank you team for all you do!

I Came in nervous (already concerned) for some regular meds to protect my dog. It is the pricie$t but closest vet to us. My dog has not been the same and is not feeling good ever since. Had to go to an emergency clinic in the night and back to polo first thing in the am. I Went for “comfort consult” (after being up worrying all night with a twitching dog)with questions and concerns, but the doctor could not be bothered to come out and comfort me or explain the medication better.. She did however have a moment to come out to say hi and give a hug to a personal friend when they walked in after me. no assurance and no answers wanting to do more tests…Black Forrest is definitely cheaper, a little more concerned and personable and will let you wave unnecessary meds and test$ ..this place is like the country club of veterinarians. They seem to not like questions.
REPLY EDIT: every word of their response is a LIE and a show for y’all to defend instead of provide care. I made and appointment and came in on purpose for heartworm and was sold a barrage of unnecessary (AND WAS ALMOST TRICKED into paying for a new patient when they knew I wasn’t) vaccines and my visit was for the prevention of heart worm and flea and tick. You did not recommend it!! I came specifically for it!!!! Wow, the gaslighting is atrocious… my dog is still not the same

We have been using Polo for many years has had extremely friendly and amazing service for all my dogs! My dog almost lost his toes but due to the amazing staff and service he didn’t! I can’t rave enough about this wonderful place for animals!!! Thank you all at Polo Springs

I switched to this vet office years ago. It has been great ever since! So glad we switched! They always make time for an appointment and are great with my fur babies!
