The office staff, vet tech and vet Dr. Walker were amazing! Dr. walker was great with our boy Kylo! The office is a calm vibe and doesn’t feel stuffy. All options were explained to us and all questions answered. This will for sure be our new Vet office.

Recently took my pet for the first time here since Dr Walker was recommended to us and it's been wonderful! They have little waiting rooms with sofas and a noise machine and treats and I swear it made my pet more calm and felt more at ease. Tech and staff are so kind and are very up front on the costs and what they offer. Very good vet!

Dr. Walker and the Tech are all so helpful and are absolutely amazing. They are super accommodating they are helping our husky with his anxiety and did amazing work on his dental cleaning. Our Heeler has recently developed a fear of the vet and they were amazing at walking us through helpful things we can do at home to make the experience much better for him.

My husband and I are traveling for his work. Our 13 year old dog was not acting like herself. We went to Petvet 365 to have her evaluation, and they were great! They checked her over and presented us with a treatment plan for her. It was very reasonabley price. They also suggested things that should be done when we get home to are regular vet. If we need a vet again when we are in Kentucky, we will definitely be back here! Thank you Petvet 365 for being helpful and kind to our baby.

Dr. Walker and her staff are phenomenal! They came highly recommended by a good friend and I now know why.
We were seeking emergent care for our Havanese, Coco. They got us in right away. We were greeted upon arrival and promptly escorted to a private waiting room where Vet Tech, Jay met with us. Less than 10 minutes later, Dr. Walker was examining Coco. She then presented a very reasonable care plan. Upon our acceptance Dr. Walker and Jay treated Coco. Dr. Walker returned Coco to us with a thorough diagnosis and answered all of our questions.
Coco was home and on her way to recovery in approximately one hour!!
As promised, they followed up the next morning with a text to check on Coco.
I highly recommend Dr. Walker and her staff!!

This place is amazing and very friendly! I love how the exam rooms are not the normal exam room for animals, almost like a home environment. My fur babies, Domino & Ecko absolutely love coming here! The minute we pull into the parking lot, they are dodging for the door. Dr. Walker and Dr. Day-Smith and the staff have always been amazing to my babies, very passionate and caring & will listen to any concerns that we may have.

My schnauzer is a very cautious with a big personality. The team always keeps him comfortable and seem to just know how to handle him. He also enjoys the quiet rooms and available snacks. So glad this is our new spot! ?

Texas Flood

Dr Walker, and her vet tech, Katherine, went above and beyond to help our sweet girl Sunday. They were getting ready to close when we arrived, but they did not turn us away. The Doctor was was willing to treat our little girl’s ear, that had filled up with fluid and required a procedure with sutures. I had previously been turned down by Shively Animal Clinic, because they’re not taking new surgery patients, and I had waited for over 4 hours at Metropolitan Animal Hospital only to be told her procedure would be at least $1,000, and it would have to be paid in full that night. So we left both places frustrated and with a kitty cat in much discomfort. We remembered that a kind vet tech at another emergency hospital had told us about PetVet 365 and so that’s where I said a prayer, and headed next.
The clinic is thoughtfully set up and tailored to the pet and owners comfort, over a traditional veterinary clinic. Each exam room is more like a mini pet hotel/playroom, with a sofa, tv, cat tree, wall climbers, and even a coffee/snack break area for guests! They truly thought this out beautifully!! (*see pics!). We don’t want to forget to mention, it seems they also partner with Humane Society, and had kitties in a playroom, that were up for adoption!
So while our baby still needs more treatment, Dr Walker and Katherine addressed the most immediate matter at hand with kindness and compassion, and never made us feel bad or hurried. Maya Anjalou said: “People may forget what you said to them, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel”.
