Ill definitely be coming back. The vet was very nice and knowledgeable. He had a good bed side manner with my cat, didn't try and sell me costly tests that I didn't need, and told me things to watch for with my pet. I liked him very much.

They were so good! Smart, Thorough and Kind. They really cared about Jaxson. Dr.Washington was very helpful and understanding and took his time. Thank you to them all.

Edit 2: They kept communication open and made sure we were able to get the correct amount of medication. She seems to be doing much better.

Edit: Went in on Saturday Aug 17 and wasn't given enough medication. They only gave me enough for one dose of the pain killer/fever reducer for my cat instead of the 3 indicated on the bottle. I realized shortly before they closed on Sunday when it was time to give it to her, so my cat is forced to suffer until tomorrow morning and hopefully is okay until then. A fever reducer is pretty important and not sure how they could mess up on something like that and only give me the indicated dose instead of the full amount. Mistakes happen.

Dr. Washington has great bedside manner, is thorough and informative. I found the prices comparable with the convenience of taking our pets nearby where we purchase their food and supplies. We've even adopted a pet here from Heaven on Earth (who happened to be my favorite place to take my pets to be spayed/neutered and for their shots)...

Anyway, our 14 month kitten was showing signs of lethargy, wouldn't eat or drink for two days. I was able to get an appointment within a day and bring her in on a Saturday! Many vets aren't available on the weekends and for some reason it seems that's when the issues pop up. Never fails.

He evaluated her thoroughly and gave us all our options. After a subcutaneous hydration pack and a couple prescriptions, she was able to come home. We're still going to need to keep an eye on her, but I feel comfortable knowing what her treatment plan is and what to watch for.

The veterinary team there is wonderful. They were very thorough with all the explanation during the exam and made my cat feel at ease. Dr. Washington is great at explaining all the care that was needed and made sure I understood what I needed to care for my cat, Meow.

The staff is very accommodating and fit me in before my scheduled appointment. The vet also is excellent as he listened to my concerns regarding my kitty and also the budget I had for care. I haven't met any other vet who listens like he does and is willing to come up with an appropriate treatment plan taking budget into consideration, in addition to my cat's health at this late stage in her life, Great job!

Dr was very informative and ask if I had any question. The vet spent time with my little dog. Since I just got her from the shelter he explained how a little girl dog will after she had given birth. She was a breeder dog and abused. Dr was very clear with my questions. I will continue using this vet.
