I love the staff at Pets First Animal Clinic, they' are always so helpful and considerate of my situation and they sure go out of their way to make things work for me. I love the Dr. Charles Christophel he is the best he's straight up with you and has a real heart for dogs and in sure other animals as well, he did surgery on my best friend SylerBug and he did exceptionally well and we have SylerBug on meds now and doing great. Thanks Dr. Christopher and Staff for everything you do for me and as well for the community.

I’m so grateful to have found Pets First. We have a little dog with pretty high anxiety. He requires sedation grooms. Its so nice to have the vet attached to the groomer. They can handle all Murphy’s needs while he is mildly sedated. He has some pretty bad seasonal skin allergies as well, and the Dr has been great with his treatments. His groomer, Mariah also is very good with him and does great work. Highly recommend Pets First.

This is the kindest and most understanding doctors and staff. We drove back to Idaho from Washington to have them help us saying goodbye to our 15 year old dog. It was the hardest thing I've ever done but they gave us all the time we needed. Thank you!

We've been taking our dogs here for 13+ years. All of the staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful. The Drs are amazing. Dr McKown and Dr Christophel are both very good with our dogs. They are thorough and listen to all of our concerns and questions and take time to answer. They always do what's best for the dogs. We love our dogs like they're our children and I trust their care to Pets First.

Dr. McKown scheduled us for an exam last minute on a Saturday morning. He was also able to squeeze us in for an urgent surgery on my pup, that Monday morning.

First time visit here and it was very nice to see a friendly doctor who quickly treated and helped my little buddy. Thumbs up to him and the tech and staff who were all very professional and caring. Highly recommend this place.
