On 10/20/24 around midnight my husband had to take our 17 year old Yorkie in to be looked at. We had a appointment with our normal vet on Monday but our little guy was really struggling. They took Teddy right back and started checking him out. My husband called so I could listen in on his assessment with Dr. Kluttz. We had options and considering our the age of our dog we had to make a tough decision. They were so kind to our boy and us. I'm thankfully for places like this. Lori was so sweet as I came to say goodbye to my boy. Durning my short visit I never felt rushed.

Excellent care for my cat AND me! My cat Murphy had a urethral blockage and was in pain and miserable. They took wonderful emergency care of him and got him ready for us to transfer to our regular vet the next morning. I trust them wholeheartedly with my dogs and cats should another emergency arise! Highly recommend!

This was our first time having to come here. Our Rottweiler was not feeling well. I don't remember the doctors name, but it was a female. She was very compassionate as she gently let us know that our sweet boy was terminal. They gave us all the time we needed to go over our options and spend our last moments with our baby. All the staff was very caring and compassionate. We will highly recommend to others if they need emergency care.

Peaches got ahold of a chicken leg bone. She had it lodged in her throat . When we got there the vet come out to check her and was able to remove it from her throat. They were very nice and helpful . Thank you for your help

This was by far the most memorable and peaceful moments I've ever experienced since I witnessed my 1st grandbaby being born. Our Cat transitioned slowly at home and when It started my Daughter called them and they told us to bring her in. They treated Storm like a member of their Family and made the experience very calming and professional. I can't thank you enough for making this transition comfortable. She will be with Us forever though right now it is difficult. Thank you!

I had to take my Boston Terrier here on 5/12/24. I knew she was having trouble breathing, they took her back immediately. Everybody was wonderful and did everything they could for her but they couldn’t save her. I want to thank all the staff for being so supportive and compassionate. I’m so glad to have an emergency vet office that truly cares.

Wonderful experience for first time emergency vet visit. After calling 5 within a decent driving distance and being turned away they did not. I was told initially it would be a two or three hour wait, and it was not. Lucky we were taken care of right away with such kindness, all staff on duty were absolutely amazing, we were in for a baby copper head bite and they took amazing care of my baby!!
