Mala experiencia con esta gente poco profesional! No les importa para nada los animales al parecer! Les importa mas hacer la lista de exámenes que tienen que hacerle a tu mascota para saber de antemano si uno puede pagar lo que ellos quieren! No son profesionales de vocación! Pero si del bolsillo de los clientes! Jamas llevo a mi mascota ahi de nuevo!

The attention I received was exceptional. They promptly provided the appropriate medication for my dog, who had undergone surgery the previous day and was unwell. Within ten minutes, they diagnosed her condition and administered intravenous fluids, vitamins, pain medication, and medication to stimulate her appetite. The service was remarkable, and within a few hours, she showed significant improvement and was able to eat the following morning. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff for their exceptional assistance and professionalism during a time when I was uncertain about my dog's condition due to the limited information provided by the previous veterinary clinic that performed her surgery. The staff here provided me with reassurance, accurately diagnosed her condition, and effectively addressed her needs. I am truly grateful for their expertise and compassion.

Smokey,our outside cat hurt his leg. It became swollen and he couldn't bear weight on it. We took him to Parkway Veterinary Emergency Clinic. It was very early in the morning. This clinic is clean and set up so the animals do not see each other during their stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are compassionate and through. They examined his leg and determined his injury had become infected and had abscessed. Smokey was treated. We were given meds and clear instructions on his care along with the names and phone numbers to call should we have questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Parkway Veterinary Emergency Clinic to anyone who needs help with their fur babies after hours. The cost was fair and the care was very good. We were sent to Parkway from a pet store that cut our dog when they were grooming him. He received excellent care. The staff was extremely nice. The building was clean and didn’t smell stinky like pets. The vet explained what needed to be done and answered all of our questions. I felt very safe having them take care of my baby. I would highly recommend them.

I more then highly recommend this hospital. Everyone there was professional and caring. My dog needed emergency surgery and they were on it immediately and it was a life saving success. I just picked her up and asked if I owed anything more. They replied no that I was getting a $574.00 refund from the amount I had prepaid. When in today's world does that happen? I think besides the great service that in itself says alot!! Our family and Satin thank you very very very much!!!

These guys are amazing. I already have a history with them but never wrote a review. They deserve the 5/5. Excellent staff, beyond just caring. They made a little cardboard house for my cat because she loves to tunnel and hide. ❤️ She had to stay in a special container because she needed oxygen (she came with an asthma attack, completely blue and had stopped breathing). The relief and gratitude I feel for this animal loving family is beyond words. We have our sweetest girl back! I trust and value this facility even more than my own regular vet. (No offense if you happen to read this?).

Great experience! They took care of my nervous GS mix and treated him like the baby he is ? From the time we checked in to the time we left they were patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend in the event of an unfortunate furbaby emergency.

I brought my puppy gizmo in for his habit of being a vacuum cleaner.lol the staff was extremely nice and service was fast even without an appointment. They were kind, gentle and compassionate with me and gizmo and they appeared to love him and he in return. I would recommend this place to anyone and will return here if another emergency situation happens,which no offense i hope it doesn't
