much more user friendly and I didn't get a confirmation for 2:00 am like I was before :o). Just hope it isn't too much for older patients. Very colourful.........but I like it!

Being a nervous patient, the whole staff of Norburn Dental Centre with their kindness, care and welcoming feeling changed me and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Any place that practices acupuncture or is praised for "challenging the COVID narrative" shouldn't be taken seriously as a medical practice. I need a doctor who reliably sticks to evidence-based techniques. And no, that badly-done study you misread isn't evidence.

Dr. SINGHS assistant is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. We had our second child Feb 6 and we were told that we need a follow up appointment for our newborn and my wife from the doctor's at women's hospital, and it had to be the week of or the following week of the baby being born. This assistant was raising her voice at us, not even trying to help us, she said they are booked up, but again we were told that they have to move appointments around for the newborn, which is normal to do for new born baby's. When I told her to calm down and raised my voice slightly she hung up the phone on us after screaming in the phone for 2 minutes. I called her back, she was calmer but her tone seemed reluctant to actually try to help us. This is not the first dramatic experience we have had with this women, honestly your assistant is a reflection of your business, I would suggest to either replace her or apologize for her VERY unprofessional behavior. Not only am I writing this review but will be bringing this and more to our doctors attention our next visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. k Phan since he took over for Dr.Hardy many years ago. I see some people saying he pushes lifestyle and religion etc. I am not religious and not once has he ever preached or stated anything like that to me. I am a registered nurse and he and I had a discussion about covid vaccine pro / con and he also never pushed his personal opinion. I can not speak for other peoples experiences, but can honestly say that for me he has been more than accommodating to my health needs.

Other than the office busy super busy and hectic (3 stars for the office itself), my family doctor Dr. Phan is amazing. He is courageous and challenges the Covid narrative, and has seen many of his patients also suffer from side effects. He is not against vaccines and in fact when I took my child in to see him, he asked if their vaccines were up to date. He’s for informed choice and whenever he prescribes me anything he says this is what it’s supposed to do and I can choose whether to get it or not. Yes, he is religious but so am I and I so badly need a doctor who shares the same values. I can see why someone who doesn’t believe in God can find him challenging but for me I cannot find any other doctor who is so strong and rooted in his faith to help guide me in my health choices. He is very compassionate and cares. Every secular doctor I’ve been to just pushes medicines on me or not morally licit methods that just makes my health worse. I cannot say better things about Dr. Phan. For the faithful, I would encourage you to go see him. He is an outstanding doctor and while he will encourage you in your spiritual health, he’ll actually help you with your physical health with proper treatment. I think people have a misconception of him and that’s really unfortunate.

Overall we've been very happy with our experience here! I've been multiple times in the past year for my baby's check-ups and vaccinations, and have received excellent care. Booking an appointment hasn't been a problem (lots of options for different time slots), and we haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes for our scheduled appointments.

I was a registered patient here for 26 years, as my family doctor was my parents’ before I was born. A few years ago I moved out of the country for a while, which the staff was made aware of. While I have had appointments via phone call here in the last six months, which I have proof of and mentioned, I was told upon trying to make an appointment that I am no longer a registered patient because it’s been too long since I’ve been in. Presuming my video calls apparently do not count, really not sure how I am supposed to physically come in when that option is not available during the pandemic, and would love to know what kind of sorcery is required to achieve this. I was then told I could re-register but they weren’t taking patients at the moment. Now I must find a new family doctor while dealing with chronic pain and hospitalizations during a pandemic. There have been years at time throughout my life where I did not visit and was never once informed that this could be the case. I was not contacted whatsoever about this policy or that my registration would or had expired. Totally uncaring, bizarre, and CLASSIST behaviour. If you would like to feel safe and not add additional worry to your medical concerns, do not go here.
