I wanted to send a big thanks to New Village! I take care of strays and as we know its extremely expensive, but this place makes it affordable for me to continue my journey in helping more strays. They took care of my male kitty and he recovered quick and is doing great! Recently, I took in a very pregnant stray and was explained the risks. In the end, this was best for her quality of life and after a few days of close watch she is doing great after her surgery! Thank you for caring for my babies❤

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Got our dog his rabies vaccination. Had the vet look at a couple kittens we adopted because mom disowned them. Great prices. Have an appointment for our male cat to get neutered at the end of the month.

Upon arrival they were very welcoming. Was nervous about leaving my dog with strangers quickly I became completely comfortable trusting them with my dog. They are amazing. Had my dog neutered here. They made sure I knew what to expect bringing him home and his scar wAs so small. They did a fabulous job! Very much appreciated.

many kittens neutralized there, very fast and professional— they do a big business at low prices for population control purposes. caveats: 1. they routinely cut off the tip of one ear so you can tell at a glance— this is for feral cats; you can ask them not to cut if you don’t want, so be forewarned. 2. they do small dogs too. 3. do it early, at just over two pounds or 6-8 wk to make sure they’re not already pregnant. 4. leave a message and they’ll call back for sure. 5. geared to surgery and shots— go to a “private” vet for other problems. 6. we once took seven kittens, one died due to anesthesia, not sure exactly why. that’s ok out of about 50 they did over the years.
i read most of the other reviews, that’s why this one is so long.

These guys rock. Their schedule can be a bit tricky to grasp at first, but the care they give to your animals will make it all very worth it. Super awesome staff!
