MD Now Urgent Care was a great experience. The ability to submit your name for a place in line was really nice. I registered online and check-in was easy and straightforward. The nurse practitioner and doctor were both kind, arrived quickly so the wait was reasonable. The doctor did a great job and provided exactly what I needed. I will go back.

Over the past 3 weeks i have been twice. I got in quickly both times. everyone is professional. I got into poison ivy which I am allergic to. After 2 shots it's still spreading. After the first shot I would have expected something stronger. I don't have any confidence in them.

Excellent care received. I came in very sick and dehydrated, they saw me quickly, and were able to give me medications and IV fluids. Left feeling much better! I'm so thankful for their efforts and am glad I came in today!

First visit. Will go back. Check in very easy! Waited only 15 minutes to see nurse practitioner (Ashley). A true and CARING professional in every sense.

Please save yourself the headache. This place is a scam. I spent 5 minutes with a fake doctor who seemed very rushed, to give me my urine test results.. they charged me my $50 co pay (which I was happy to do, I was aware of the fee) however, they billed my insurance $596 for this so called urine test. After receiving a bill in the mail, it was obvious my insurance only covered a portion.. Fine, I was happy to pay the remaining balance by the due date of 9/22- Apparently this urgent care couldn’t wait til the due date so, they automatically debited my credit card for what I owed them. After calling and speaking with a supervisor, they are aware of this issue but can’t help anyone. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible service, outrageously priced, and you won’t get the care you need.

Front desk and nurse were friendly and listened and were helpful. The NP needs some counseling on treating patients and needs to learn how to communicate with patients. She never even told me she was placing me on light duty. She was super hateful and giving snappy directions from the second I walked in the door. I am going to try to influence our leadership on leaving the services and find another office to help with our work injuries. She does not need to be in healthcare!

My toddler had symptoms of a UTI, so I checked in and was first in line for a Sunday appointment. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the APRN, everyone was incredibly kind and compassionate and knowledgeable. My daughter is timid and despises going to the doctor, but they didn't let it phase them and were incredibly calm. They provided exceptional details in a summary of our visit and got us the proper testing and prescription. Thank you so much, MD Now of Lady Lake!
