I'm updating this review so people can read it and understand what they're getting into. If it'd ever been addressed, I would say so. Unfortunately, this office really does only care about money. Take your animals elsewhere. There are much better vets out there.

New experience...
I loved laurel's vet. I've been going here for almost a year and I've taken 6 animals here. I foster and they were my choice because I felt like they care . The moment I had an emergency they were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. My cat sitter brought my 8 month old kitten in because it looked like she broke her back. I was 6 hours away and panicking over my poor baby who was clearly in pain. As it turns out, if you walk in with a seriously injured cat, you get told "no appointment, no vet." Thanks Rebecca, you made a crisis 100 times worse with your blatant indifference. We weren't offered a referral, we were ignored while obviously terrified for my poor cat, and they wouldn't even look into the kennel to see if she had a broken spine. It's unacceptable to shrug you shoulders at something like this.

I will never return. I'm angry. When I tried to address the issue I was ignored and told "we didn't see your cat the other day." I'm aware you didn't see her because you told us to leave.

Forget you Laurel's Vet. All you care about is money. You don't care about my animals' lives and I genuinely hope people see how terrible you are before they have an actual emergency.

*It's a bit pricier than most but well worth the money. They're very knowledgable and definitely care about your critters. All my foster animals have gone here**

Highly recommend Laurel Vet clinic. They did a great job with Daisy’s spay and dental! I am a dental hygienist and they even sent me her radiographs. I was nervous about the anesthesia because my pet is 8 and she was not spayed when younger with previous owners. Very reassuring, competent, and excellent care!

We came to Laurel in an emergency they saw us with in 2 hrs they had never met our precious Max the Dr was absolutely amazinly wonderful she was kind knowledgeable spoke in away we understood what was happening to Max she referred us to CASE in Boulder they were just as wonderful
We ended up having to say goodbye to our little boy that day we miss him with all our hearts. A few days later we received a sympathy card from the gracious team at Laurel signed by all. We also received a card from CASE as well.
As much as I wish I could turn back time
I am truly thankful for finding this wonderful place.
Today we took Duke he needs dental badly and they are working on a plan for us ❤️

We have been coming here for several years, with several pets and always feel cared for and respected. Our latest dog, a little chihuahua mix rescue, came to us with a lot of issues and Dr Kristen spent a lot of time with me checking her over and reassuring me. I'm very happy with this clinic and the front desk staff is great too.

I just wanted to send a shout-out to Dr. Mott and the Laurel Vet folks. They have been my care team for my cat Luna for the past 2 years, and she's a bit of a high maintenance cat - anxious and aggressive when she's spooked.

Dr. Mott and the veterinary technicians have been remarkably graceful and careful with Luna and do their best to make each visit minimally stressful experience for her. They've worked with me between visits on any questions I have. And thanks to their care, Luna just finished up her first dental cleaning successfully. I feel confident knowing that Dr. Mott is my vet!

The doctor and support staff were all very friendly and gentle with Patty (cat - patient) and did a great job handling her and making her comfortable during a stressful situation. Sutures were removed quickly and everything went really well.

Would definitely recommend anyone take their pet here.

They squeezed my fur baby, Bull Terrier and myself in THAT SAME day. The staff is very personable, caring and friendly. They were thorough and new their stuff. Dr Mott was awesome. As far as price goes, for a biopsy, well-ness check and 3 meds....it was $190. Very pleased and we have definitely found our new neighrhood vet clinic.Thank you to all the staff!

My dog Daisy needed surgery because of the extent of her nail breakage. I didn't have the money to cover the bill. The Doctor Christian gablehouse went above and on to help me succeed in getting help for Daisy. I am forever grateful to her. To her helpers Will and Laura, I am forever in your debt. Though I was told I didn't have to worry about paying it back. I like to pay it forward because there could be somebody else. After me that these lovely people and this clinic can help. I am so thankful for all the little angels that are around me.
