I was worried about being assigned here after seeing the reviews... but I have not had a problem yet. They have always answered when I call, staff has been nice and professional, get appts pretty quick along with referrals. Have been to quite a few clinics and this one has been more helpful than other ones.

It's difficult to rate a facility when NO ONE ANSWERS THE ? PHONE!!! There's no prompt for the parties extention and NO OPERATOR ever answers (after 10 rings one is disconnected). I called them yesterday SIX times to no avail. Called them twice today and I'm trying my best not to get aggravated. I'm ALWAYS having to play tag with this place. I can't rate their services, as I'm still waiting on my first appointment. Meanwhile, this combat-veteran is just another low priority to another government agency. ? Is this what they mean by "thank you for your service?"

They must have part time Walmart employees working at this clinic, they never answer the phone. I called back several times giving them more than enough time to to say will you hold. And place my call in line. SO I'll have to assume they like their gravy job..just collect a check.

Waiting for an appointment, sat down in a chair with ants. Listening to staff treat other vets with attitudes. The nurse gave directions to stay, then when the patient didn't understand, she sat down and talked about how people don't listen. Staff were on their phones and eating at the desk, which probably adds to the ants. I've seen bad va clinics but this was disgraceful. Why have doors for employees safety if they are not used?

For 3 years, every single time I have called this clinic, no one has answered. Except one time, someone answered and immediately hung up without saying anything. Today I called 5 times. Nothing. Was always told by a provider it was because they were busy. For 3 years?

However, the clinical staff were very professional and helpful.

Relocating pops from VA in Gainesville, to Orlando. First visit here, at first glance everything looks great, new facility, friendly staff. Keep ya posted!

My experience at the Kissimmee VA Clinic has always been good. It's rare that I had to wait for any service. Service has always been top notch. Personnel there have always been cordial, friendly, helpful, and concerned. I have never had a complaint of been disappointed.
