I called asking to see Dr. Subramanian. The receptionist said he was out for the week and they would try to have Kasey see me. An hour or two later, the receptionist called back offering me three times the next day. I took 10:10.

They called me to an examining room at 10:05 and and at 10:11, Kasey appeared. She was very cordial and went over things with me and assured me my urinalysis was normal and actually quite good. I was relieved and asked her a number of other questions, all of which she explained with her answers in a manner I could understand.

This time was a false alarm, but it is good to know that if you need to see someone in the office on short notice, it is doable. While I am not a complainer, if I had something negative to say, would do so. This was a seamless well run operation. Kudos to the entire staff.

My physician was away on vacation and I had a pretty desperate need for immediate counsel in a very difficult situation. Pysician's Assistant Keene came in cold...listened to me...let me describe my history..... She asked pertinent questions, made some suggestions to me, and also prescribed a medication she thought would be helpful.

Frankly? I was totally impressed by Dr. Keene. I was disappointed when I heard I would be unable to see my primary physician. But in about two minutes, I knew I was in good hands with Kasey Keene. She took time to truly listen to my concerns, and she dispensed some very useful coaching. She has a very bright future in medicine. She has all the attributes a patient could ask for in a caring, knowledgeable, and professional in the healthcare industry.
