We visited the Idaho Veterinary Hospital with our new miniature Poodle puppy for the first time. We had been going to a different vet prior and just didn't feel the love anymore since they sold their practice to InterMountain.

We were kindly welcomed as we walked in the facility. The wait was short and the Vet Tech was genuinely super kind and courteous. She was very focused and attentive to our little pup, Cinnamon. The Doctor came in and did the exam with kind soft hands and compassion. This is the vet team we've been looking for. It's very nice to connect with a Veterinary Hospital and staff that you can trust. That's a huge step to take and feel really great about.

Great experience. Kind and compassionate staff and roomy waiting area (so you don't feel all too close together with various animals, etc). They seemed to genuinely care about their patients, and were able to squeeze us into a last minute cancellation spot. Will be taking our other pets here, in the future as well. Highly recommended. I cannot explain how thankful i am for this vet clinic! I am disabled therefore, not a lot of disposable income. My heart rat, named Milkshake, was dying. I took her in expecting to put her to sleep but they made a game plan with me. They understood i was in a hard situation with money and wrote off the visit, then gave me some meds that were donated to their clinic. Its only been less than 2 days but Milkshake is feeling so much better! My son and I are so greatful for this clinic and the doc! Their prices are resonable and the stuff are so caring. I called several clinics but this clinic is wonderful. I hope i wont have to go back for a sick baby but i will deff be back for any future services since i have 6 fur babies ?

I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary clinic. We have taken both of our adopted cats here, one senior male and one 6 year old male. They’ve taken incredible care of our kitties. The front staff is warm and welcoming and you can tell they are all true animal lovers who do their jobs well. The vet techs are kind and professional, and the three veterinarians we’ve been introduced to have all been so thorough and careful with our animal care. We could not appreciate them even a little bit more.

I have been taking my lab here since he was a puppy and hes five years now. He has many alignments and they always get me in and work on solutions to help him. My dog has elbow dysplasia and after being lame, Dr Calhoun and I decided to try an injection of Spyrng. So far so great on one elbow. They are accommodating and fair. I’m excited to see how he progresses and lives his best life.

I recommend this hospital the staff treats you like family and recognize you as you come through the door. They have it after hours number which I had to use on Sunday because I found one of my dogs had passed and I needed to know what I needed to do. I had to leave a voicemail and within 15 minutes I had one of the doctors call me back and when she did she had already gotten a hold of one of her staff members that live close to the clinic and volunteered to take time out of hers schedule her day off to meet me down there so I can start the process of cremation. They are so passionate about the animals they treat and so caring and understanding what you're going through and try as much as they can to make it as easy as possible. There's not words to express how much I love this place and the people that work there they put their heart and soul into it.
