Te hacen esperar mucho mas de 1 hora después que hiciste check in. Otra cosa es que sufro de fantosmia y tienen todo el lugar aromatizado de perfumes ambientadores y eso me afecta la nariz ya que se me queda instalado el olor por días. Un consultorio médico debería oler a limpio y desinfectante.

THIS IS THE WORST MEDICAL OFFICE. Simple referrals take over a month. When you try calling no one answers. I have vendors reaching out to me because they can't get anyone on the phone. So then I have to call and spend all day working to get the referral to the specialists office. They have left my 83 yr old mother sitting in a doctors office waiting to see a doctor only to find out Dr. Concepcion's never sent the authorization. I went to the office very upset, Dr. Concepcion tried to pacify the situation. She saw my mother and told her she will see her again the following Friday. A televisit. Friday came and went with no phone call. This offices standard of care is nonexistent. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!

The worst medical practice I have ever experienced my life. I have been going to this practice for years and it has always been bad but it has gotten significantly worse. Shake an appointment you wait 3 hours. Finally get called in, they don’t even acknowledge your concerns or take a moment from their computer to give you an accurate diagnosis. One time I had an ear infection, the NP checked my ears and said my eardrum was bleeding. I proceeded to ask “is a bleeding eardrum a concern for future hearing loss”. Verbatim, this lady goes “your ear is bleeding?” Well…YOU told me it was. I still never got an answer to the question. My final straw was when I went to get my nose checked for a potential fracture. I throughly explained my symptoms, left nasal cavity having difficulty breathing, swollen nose, immense pain with nausea and a headache that has lasted since my incident that cause my nose to be fractured. She hardly looked from her computer screen to give me an accurate diagnosis. She was typing away at her computer screen probably looking on Google for diagnoses. (I could have done that myself.) she proceeds to tell me my nose is not broken, or fractured. She took none of my concerns seriously and sent me off with blood work. Nothing to do with my issue at hand. I can not stand this place. Don’t waste your time or your money.

This office is the worst I have bronchitis and laryngitis, call them to schedule an appointment. I was told that a telemedicine was scheduled and no one ever called me. I called the next day twice sent an email through their website and no called back. Worst medical practice, I am changing doctors, they obviously don’t care about their patients enough to call back.

As a new patient it's always frustrating Filling out the initial paperwork. I would suggest that this gets sent to new patients ahead of their schedule to minimize this. Other than that the Staff was GREAT... Very polite, very professional and very accommodating. As for Dr. Skinner, well i wasn't expecting to see her as my appointment was with Dr. Concepcion. However there is an office policy that requires all new patients to first see Dr. Skinner. In short she was AMAZING. Very caring and knowledgeable. Sympathetic to my issues and offered allot of encouragement. This was my first visit to this office I sure hope they can live up to the standards they set with my first visit. 🙂
