It's always scary entrusting the safety and health of your 4-legged family members to new providers, but I could not be any happier with the care my boy, Vader, received at Encanto Pet Clinic. Dr. Ortiz and vet tech, Lauren, were AMAZING! Vader is a big boy and can be a handful and they were so patient with him (and me too!). They were incredibly accommodating, getting us in right away. We were even able to get some preliminary test results within 10 minutes!! I am eternally grateful to Dr. Ortiz, Lauren, and all the support staff at Encanto Pet Clinic.

I sadly lost my cat of 12 years last week, Clover, after bringing her into Encanto for several months as she approached the end of her life. During that time, Dr. Ortiz was the most pleasant vet that I’ve ever interacted with, and it was easy to tell she genuinely cared. I made it apparent that I was in a tough financial situation and couldn’t afford everything that she needed, and Dr Ortiz did a great job working through that with me and figuring out the best care that I could give to her given the circumstances. Dr Ortiz would take time out of her busy day if I called in with any questions, and would make sure I was completely in the know as to options moving forward. Not to mention, the ladies at the front desk are incredibly pleasant and the techs are nice & helpful as well. Although putting Clover to sleep was an incredibly sad time, the entire staff worked together to try and make it as comfortable as it could be for both me and the kitty. So grateful for everything they’ve done for me over the past few months, go to a vet that genuinely cares.

Our beloved Kaine went to heaven at 8:10 am yesterday 7/17/24. Encanto put my family's hearts at ease by making it bearable to make necessary arrangements for the special cremation. I even received a comforting hug as the tears started to flow. I appreciate you Encanto Pet Clinic you have the friendliest staff. Thank you ?.

Two of my cats are under Dr. Hogan’s care and she is amazing! The staff is super friendly and I just love how quickly my cats are able to warm up to everyone here. Check out one of my babies having fun in the waiting room.

First time I had ever been there. My cat, Princess the Cat, had stopped eating. I tried 5 other veterinarian's, but none could see me for at least a week. Encanto was able to see Princess the next day. Her kidneys were failing, so we decided to end her pain. They put her down, but I was able to take her back home, and bury her next to her DOG'S, The Kid and Big Rocco. They were truly a blessing in a time of need.

My experience at Encanto has been wonderful. Every time I took my cat in, everyone was friendly and caring. When my cat had to have a small procedure, the vet and techs explained all the procedures thoroughly, called during the operation to tell me how it was going, and have since called twice to check up on him! Nothing but good things to say about Encanto.
