Un excelente servicio de parte de todo el equipo de Encanto, desde la recepcionista hasta la Dra. Cassidy, trataron a mis mascotas como si fueran de ellos mismos, apesar de que no tenía una cita hicieron todo lo posible por atenderme sin problema.

I am so glad I found this veterinary service. I was blessed to find a stray kitten, and no one would take the time to see him. I called on a Saturday morning at 830am, and a kind person picked up and was able to schedule a sameday check-up for our little kitten. When I arrived, I was greeted by a great team, and the veterinarian was kind and very helpful. They did a flea treatment, tested for FIV, performed a fecal worm test, and gave him a complete wash. When I went to pick the kitten up, he was being warmed up with his new free blanket and an air warmer (bear hugger). The following day, the vet tech called and gave us a report on the fecal test, which was negative. They scheduled all of his next few exams for his vaccinations and f/u appointments.

This place is a hidden gem. Very clean, and you feel like family when coming here. I will not be taking my cats to my old vet at San Gabriel Animal Hospital as they wouldn't pick up the phone. Our new kitten Shadow is healthy, and he is doing well now thanks to the team at Encanto.

I switched vets twice before I found Encanto. The other places made me feel like they were more interested in my ability to pay for services than healing my kitten(s). Yes, I can pay but I am coming for them, not my ability to pay a bill. Encanto not only cared about my babies but also about me. They recognized my anguish, my concerns, and my worries. They didn't let me leave until I knew and saw and understood the treatments, the costs, and alternatives. They followed up with me next day and checked in to see how they are responding to their treatments. I love them for that, and my fur babies are finally healing. And I feel confident and safe. I recommend this place.

These are the kindest people (!) periodt.

I've brought two different kittens to Dr. Cassidy and both times she helped rehabilitate them in miraculous ways. I found this kitten famished, dehydrated and with obvious bronchial issues, not being sure how he would recover. It took two months of constant appointments and medications (it was rough, I tell you) to get him better. They were honest that it would be so, but we worked together and I thank God for Dr. Cassidy and her staff for their love, care and attention to seeing us through the process.

P.S. I've been to other vets and it's sad when the staff can't even be nice when you're struggling already not knowing what's going on with your pet. YOU WON'T GET THAT HERE, THEY'RE ALL SMILES!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion Dr. Cassidy provided to a severely malnourished dog I found abandoned and in dire need of help. From the moment we walked into Encanto clinic, Dr. Cassidy and the entire staff made us feel welcome and reassured. They treated the poor dog with the utmost kindness, never wavering in their commitment to his recovery. Dr. Cassidy immediately assessed the dog’s condition, outlining a comprehensive treatment plan that included specialized nutrition, medical interventions, and regular check-ups. Their expertise and dedication were evident at every step. Today, that once severely malnourished puppy is a vibrant, healthy, and happy member of our family. Long story short, my family and I found a dog wandering in our neighborhood. It took us and the entire neighborhood two weeks to catch her. Once we did, it took another few weeks to get her to trust us and finally into the car to take her to a vet. We were already looking for a new vet for our other two pets, and since we wanted to get our new family member the care she needed ASAP, I found Encanto Animal Hospital was open on the weekend. Their website and appointment request were user-friendly. The receptionist was able to add us to the schedule that day due to a cancelation. Dr. Cassidy and her staff were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with us and our situation. Dr. Cassidy is one of the most sincere and caring veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She took her time with us and wasn't in a hurry to get us in/out. I really appreciate the time she and her staff took to review medications and procedures. In additionthey actually called us to see how our dog was doingfollowingher surgery. It is my hope to have Encanto care for all of our family pets moving forward ?.

I love Encanto Animal Hospital!
I recently got my puppy Kuma (pictured) and needed guidance on his care. The entire staff made me feel comfortable, and Dr. Cassidy gave me many tips about having a puppy! I even got a flyer with the tips as well to take them home. We got all the regular puppy vaccines and testing. Quickly the next morning they called me informing me he had tested positive for parasites. Although I was anxious, the voicemail I was left was so clear and informative that it eased my anxiety. I picked up his medication a couple hours later and have started treatment! I really adore how clean the place, how transparent they are with their prices and how friendly they are. Kuma definitely felt comfortable here and we have found our new vet! As a dog nanny, I'll be referring my clients here!

An absolute positive experience, from the facilities, to the staff, and the doctor herself. They took great care of our dog, identified the problem, and offered a solution. Therapy is still in progress, but things look very promising. We moved over all our animals (2 dogs, 2 cats) and although the prices are on the higher side, if you are looking for thorough, personal, and professional care for your pets, you're looking for Dr Cassidy! Highly recommend!
