I made an appointment 2 weeks before hand. They asked for my insurance and everything. No one called or messaged letting me know they don’t take my insurance anymore, and they just confirmed my appointment a week before. I go in just to get denied and the receptionist was rude and sarcastic.

I must say that I am very pleased with Elite NP Clinic. I was happy with speaking to someone who was courteous, kind, friendly, and patient from setting up a new patient appointment to needing to reschedule my doctor appointment due to another obligation. They staff was patient and kind. Once, attending my appointment, I was even more excited to see a staff of individuals who looked like me. The Nurse Practitioner was well spoken, paid attention to details, and asked a lot of questions so that she could find the best way to support and meet my medical/ health needs. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Before leaving the office, she made sure that my blood work was done to rule out any other health problems. The phlebotomist was amazing. I have small veins and she took her time to make sure that she had a vein so that she did not have to stick me more than once. I am very pleased after my first visit and will continue to recommend this office for services.

I'm deeply disappointed by your lack of communication and tardiness of my recent video appointment. Your ten-minute delay and abrupt cancellation due to an ID issue were highly unprofessional. This disregard for punctuality and communication is unacceptable.

Furthermore, the abrupt cancellation of our meeting due to an issue with my ID, communicated only after the scheduled appointment time, compounded my dissatisfaction. You emailed me 10 minutes into our scheduled meeting stating you are canceling our session. Such disregard for basic communication protocols reflects poorly on the professionalism of your practice.

While I understand the necessity of ensuring accurate administrative details, the manner in which this issue was handled was deeply unsatisfactory. It is distressing to witness such a disregard for punctuality, communication, and customer service.

As a consumer of healthcare services, I expect a level of professionalism commensurate with the standards set by reputable platforms such as Zocdoc. Your failure to meet these expectations has left me deeply upset and dissatisfied.

I urge you to prioritize improvements in communication and punctuality for the benefit of future patients.
