I recently visited Demarest Veterinarian and had a great experience with Dr. Rita Rivero! I am so happy with the quality of care she gave to my senior dog Peaches. She took the time to examine my dog, patiently answered all my questions, and provided clear explanations about treatment. Dr. Rita Rivero genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients and went above and beyond to ensure my pet's health. She is truly the best and I recommend having her take care of your pet!

Dr. Rita Rivero is the best veterinarian in Bergen County. My family and I have had the honor of knowing her as she cared for our just shy of 16 year old Wheaton Terrier. From the time Jersey was 5 months old until her passing 3 weeks ago, Dr Rivero has been an incredibly caring and knowledgeable person. She is the only veterinarian that Jersey ever saw and we wouldn’t have it any other way. So Blessed to have had her care for Jersey even at the most difficult time in the end. All our thanks and appreciation to the entire staff at Demarest Veterinarian. ♥️

Dr Rita is the best Veterinariam! Before I took to Dr Rivero. I went to see a vet who told me that it was time to put my dog down! Dr Rivero was very patient and she took her time to answer all my questions! After few days my senior dog was able to enjoy her walks and eating! She saved my dog Princess life! I’m very grateful to Dr Rivero !

I went today with 3 months old puppy for vaccinations.The girls on reception was good and easy to communicate,they explained why I have to wait long,but unfortunately came out older lady with big eyes looking under glasses and started to scream at me and instead of explaining situation in a nice tone,she was giving me rude answers.
Customer services very bad,Please do not go there,You have to wait long hours with puppies and dealing with rude personal.Also doctor came out with syringes and no explanation that she was supposed to give shots to my puppy in the reception area.Very unprofessional.
Not coming to that place never again.

Dr. Rita is an angel. A concerned, dedicated and honest veterinarian. We are eternally grateful for her existence as a veterinarian. She is wonderful. We recommend her with our eyes closed. Her integrity is legitimate and true with our dogs.
