Eric, the "office manager" (secretary), tried to scam my wife into paying $600 for vaccines she had already received, after she provided the appropriate documentation. When I let Eric know that per the government's guidelines they were still valid, his response was "we will not conduct an examination unless you pay for the vaccines". Avoid at all costs.

I like Dr. Chong a lot. Several of us have used his services many times for 33 years and never been disappointed. He is a former emergency room physician, to tell you the truth I was a little surprised by that prestigious resume bullet point. His is an unconventional practice given that it's cash only, no insurance, and walk-ins only. $50 per visit seems plenty cheap to me, even cheaper than what you would pay a regular doctor that accepts your insurance. Here's the real deal-breaker: virtually no medical office these days accepts walk-ins and appointments are typically set with a multi-week or longer lead time, tell me what good is that When you're sick you need to see a doctor today, not three weeks from now. They'll tell you to call 911 for urgent matters, which is just ridiculous and you're not going to pay them $50, more like $5000. With that in mind, Dr. Chong's walk-in practice is a life-saver and a valuable resource. Like other mom-and-pop operations, don't annoy them. If you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you. If things don't go perfectly, test results don't come in time, signature missing on a paper, etc, just have some patience, keep a low voice, and work with them nicely, sorry to say it's not a perfect world.

Might be cash only, but very professional. I see people complain about records are only good for 1 year, but this is a government regulation. The staff there is very friendly and honest. Clean facility and willing to answer all questions. Thank you for looking after my wife during her immigration process!

Saved my mother when she got covid way before the vaccine came out and very little information was known. She could barely speak from all the coughing! God bless Dr. Chong I am forever greatful. My parents and siblings have all used him for years and they swear by him. Honest and reasonable pricing. Very greatful for his services.

Well I would have given them a 4 star if I had posted the comment the day my family and I got the physical done. It was just a blood draw for $285 each. I asked them to tell me what vaccinations are missing and we can take it from another pharmacy. It took 15-20 minutes per person which wasn’t bad. However they took a week to complete paperwork. While filling for my son, they realized 1 vaccine missing. Now they told me this after a week, the day I was supposed to collect!!! We got that done and went to collect the sealed envelopes. My husband had to wait for around 2 hours to get those envelopes. When I checked things at home, I realized they didn’t put the complete date for my son for one of the shots. My husband went back for that error to be corrected. It was a Saturday. He reached the place at 9:00. After a waiting of 1: 40 minutes the clinic opened!!!! Then again a long wait!!! Now evaluate yourself if you want to go to this place. You must have 10 days in spare! Also be ready to come back and forth for documents to be ready and correct.
