I've been with Dr. Daley for a few years now, and I absolutely love him! He's a fantastic doctor and person. HOWEVER, I cannot say the same about his nurse. She's never available, misses calls, never returns calls, fails to refill prescriptions, and is rude at times! I've stayed with him for a long time, but Maria, his nurse, is the reason I am leaving.

Dr. Daley is wonderful but his staff is ruining his practice, to say the least. Good luck calling and getting someone to answer the phone. Their billing department is a disaster. Countless statements have been sent directly to me rather than my insurance, resulting in me calling my agent to then turn around call Tara (Dr. Daley's wife and billing coordinator) to have her send the bill. Seems like they don't have a clear process in place to stay organized and on track with billing. Aside from that disaster area, appointments are NEVER on time. Telehealth appointments require the nurse to call 15 minutes before your scheduled visit to get you checked in. THREE different visits I had that were scheduled for 11:00, I never received a check-in call and had to call the office to remind them I had an appointment. Once they finally got me checked in, I didn't end up having my appointment until over an hour later. Imagine how difficult that is working from home and having to block off time for a doctor's appointment and it turning out to be a 2 hour ordeal. They do not respect anyone's time, clearly. So frustrated with my experience here and I'm surprised I put up with them as long as I did.

Dr. Daley is a 5 star doctor but the office gets 2 stars (barely). Good luck getting someone to answer the phone - it's hit or miss - mostly miss. It takes an act of congress to get a prescription refilled over the phone. No one has ever answered when I call for that and when I leave messages - nothing. I don't know who runs the office but they really need to get a handle on this. The staff is super nice and the doctor is top notch, but only when you're there in person. They don't take this important part of the patient care experience very seriously at all, which is a shame because people much can be resolved over the phone quickly if they would just answer.

UPDATE 3/2021: With a heavy heart, I'm officially looking for another physician. Today's attempted telemedicine visit was disastrous and the last straw. I just can't with that office. I could get into details, but I don't want to bore you. Just a sad mess over there.

Dr. Daley seems to be a very nice man and probably a good doctor but my experience has not been Good at all. I have Never called his office and anyone answer or return my message. Trying to get a refill almost impossible. I have had to go to the emergency room to get medicine because his office did not follow through. If you need a dependable office staff and doctor- keep looking!

Despite multiple calls and voicemails about issues with my medication, I have yet to receive a call back from Dr. Daley. Also, despite being the first appointment for the day, I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time and I could hear him chatting socially with his staff. He is a nice guy but this is the complete opposite of patient care.

I was wrongfully terminated by the Practice Administrator who stated to me that at this time I was not a good fit for the office with no other explanation. Not even a 1 star does this office or the Practice Administrator deserve. However Dr. Daley and the Resident Doctors are great. I hope the new Back Office Medical Assistant is able to stay longer than 2 months....
The Practice Administrator likes to say one thing and then says or does another and makes you look bad.
Again Doctor Daley is a great doctor who was showing me more of the Medical Field.

After my 3rd visit, I got a new doctor. On that final visit I tried to renew a prescription, but instead was lied to in order to get me to take tests and a chest x-ray because he said he found an enlarged lymph gland during examination and it usually means lung cancer. Well, my prescriptions were not filled until I waited 7 hours and made 3 phone calls back to the office. My new doctor found no inflamation, has a much more professionally run office, and gave me a chest x-ray which was totally normal. Dr Daley specializes in older patients so he can scare them into getting expensive tests and procedures so he can make a buck! STAY AWAY.

Great physician! He always listens and provides excellent care. UPDATE: Dr. Daley is still an excellent physician and he has recently made changes in the office staff by replacing with terrific new people. Those reviewers who didn't care for past personnel will be pleased with the new additions.
