If I could give them zero stars I would. I’m literally coming back to do a review after two years because I constantly think about how poorly me and my fur baby were treated. Please never go to this place. My dog was acting very strange one night, couldn’t stay balanced or stand up. They repeatedly made accusations that my dog got into marijuana even after I continuously told them I do not do drugs or keep those items in my home. I felt so humiliated, and they charged me $100 with no additional testing, after no answers and being disrespected. I just paid the bill because I was in shock and ready to go. The incident happened again today and come to find out my poor baby was having a seizure due to a disease she was born with. I often wonder if they treated me that way because I was a black woman, only because of the energy I felt along with the accusations and assumptions. But all that matters now is I finally got my baby the help she needs. She is my world. ?♥️

I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr Ashley Welch and her team in saving my fur baby from a bout of vomiting and diarrhea. Their prompt response and expert handling of the situation ensured that my baby received the urgent care needed. I highly recommend their services to any pet owner in need of immediate assistance.

My pet is a 4 months old goldador , she was suffering from severe vomiting and diarrhea , the moment they gave the injection she was all good and got into good shape. It was so relieving to see my puppy sleep peacefully after the endless diarrhea episode. They are budget friendly and asked our consent for all the medications and diagnostics , they don’t impose things as mandatory rather they give us a choice to choose what we want, for instance as a part of the medication they suggested royal canine bland food , but that’s something I was able to do at home and I wanted to eliminate that from the post medication list and they were more than happy to go with what I wanted.

Charlotte was a life saver! I had just landed from a flight home after being out of town for a few days, and let’s just say I can home to absolute nightmare situation. I immediately grabbed my cat in his carrier and rushed out the door before even getting my suitcase past the entryway. My normal vet had just closed and I needed to find help fast. I called the nearest urgent vet I could find and Charlotte had a room ready for me when I got there. She was so quick to help out and got us in and out faster than any vet I’ve seen. Very compassionate and helpful team of people at Dallas Animal Emergency and way more affordable than any other emergency vet I’ve been to. 10/10 highly recommended!

Dr Green was by far the BEST VETERINARIAN I've seen with max sense I've had him he’s 14 years old so that’s saying a lot she just explain things so well and where I could understand and was so nice and down to earth I would recommend Dallas Animal Emergency Care too anyone looking for once in a lifetime vet care/experience !

I had to bring my cat Olive in two weeks ago around 1am after an abscess on her neck burst and she had gotten deep into her neck tissue clawing at it. Zach (I believe) the tech was very kind and reassuring. Dr. Wilbanks was very knowledgeable and sent us home with a regimen that has worked wonders. The open wound is about 75% closed already and Olive is so much happier and back to herself. Highly recommend for 24 hour care!

My friend and I went last night to take her not so friendly (but friendly to me) dog on a last minute decision to the Dallas Animal Emergency room. Although he was loud and outspoken to them, they took every move and step with grace and care knowing he didn’t like them. The people there were so nice, especially the head nurse Charlotte. Charlotte is a great asset on keeping it lively and stress free for us as our babies are getting the care they need.

I'm giving this place two stars solely because the vet tech genuinely cared. However, my experience was incredibly frustrating. My dog wasn't given proper pain medication, and when we returned, we were told there was no estimate for the wait time after waiting 30 min we left. We had to visit another vet's office for proper treatment. The doctor never examined or touched my dog, nor did they show us how to manually relieve his bladder. Ultimately, we had to put him down because the medication was mishandled, which prolonged his suffering.

My daughter 2 yr old Frenchie was not feeling well my daughter suspected she ingested gorilla glue that had fallen on ground. Since there no symptoms at first my daughter thought she didn’t ingest it. Long story short at 11:30 pm Lola the frenchie acted strange when. She attempted to potty she cried. Took her Dallas Animal Emergency Hospital. After X-rays Lola did ingest gorilla glue and needed emergency surgery. When Gorilla glue hits stomach acid it causes chemical reaction and swells up. The glue had already grown over entrance of her stomach. It was the size of a grapefruit and rock hard mind you the dog is only 14 pounds. One can only imagine how much pain she was in. Thankfully they caught it in time before causing irreversible damage to her digestive tract. The staff was INCREDIBLE the tech Zach is amazing patient, compassionate. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Although it was busy and short staffed that particular night they made sure our baby was taken well taken care of. Lola is at home recovering nicely. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend
