I have been bringing my big man here for 10 years and they’re always incredible. The women that work the front desk are always so sweet and the doctors have always been very understanding and caring when I’ve been upset about him being sick. I am very much an overprotective pet parent ?
I live an hour away now and I still won’t take him anywhere else! They have saved his life on multiple occasions. I will always be grateful for the years they have given me with him.

The doctors are amazing and compassionate! They answer the questions and don’t rush you.
I had to put my frenchie down last year and I couldn’t have had a more compassionate supportive experience.
Now I have a doodle and Ms. Olivia in grooming is amazing with my new baby.

We have been going to Cleveland Road Animal Hospital for years and this is by far the best hospitality and care you could get for your pets. The staff is always amazing and extremely friendly/ helpful. They remember our pets names and all the little details. The facilities are immaculate!!!! All the vet services have been extremely professional and well conducted. If you're looking for an above 5 star experience for both your pet and yourself, this is the only place to go.

My 11 week old puppy was diagnosed with Parvo and she was not doing well. I rushed her to Cleveland Road Animal Hospital and they immediately got her in for treatment. She was in the hospital overnight and improved greatly. She was released the next evening and has been home and doing well. I can't thank them enough. She's back to her playful self although she's still sick. The staff and doctors at CRAH are wonderful and I can't thank them enough!

We have been trusting Cleveland Road Animal Hospital with the care of our beloved pets for several years now. They are always kind from the moment you walk in the door. Recently we had quite the scare with one of our youngest and smallest pups. Cash had to spend several days in their hospital. From the start with Jo getting her seen immediately with the most professional yet understanding. Then speaking with Dr. Stephanie Bailey who not only provided excellent care for Cash. She also explained Cash’s condition, treatment plan and reassured us she would receive the best, quality care possible. She did this at an appropriate level of our understanding as pet owners. I would also like to thank Joshua and Felicia for providing updates and not hesitating to answer all my questions. Most importantly for caring for our girl as if she was yours. Knowing she was in the care of true professionals that were constantly looking out for her health and wellbeing made the ordeal way less stressful. Ultimately,, I hope I didn’t miss anyone that had direct care or even just said hi to our little Cash.. thank you to the entire staff. ❤️

This veterinary clinic is wonderful. The entire staff is so passionate and caring and always makes you feel heard. Dr. Harrison is one of the most intelligent doctors I have ever come across and I have been to and experienced many veterinarians from all across the country over the years. She truly wants what’s best for your animal and there is nothing more you can ask for in a veterinarian! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Took my dog here because she suddenly had trouble walking and our normal vet was closed.
In all fairness, I will say that this place has good service, friendly staff (especially the front desk), and knowledgeable professionals.
However, I found it to be a MAJOR SCAM overall. Any place that takes advantage of people by charging exorbitant fees when they have no other options is unethical and corrupt. That's exactly the case here. They know they can charge whatever we want--and we have to pay it.
The base fee for an appointment isn't wildly unreasonable, but then they get you with all kinds of tests because they want to "rule things out." What am I going to say? No? Of course, I have to do whatever they recommend when my dog is in critical health. They know this and they take advantage of it. The vet even told me I don't have any other options because it's Labor Day weekend and I can't go anywhere else.
Their business model is highly questionable at best, and I'd recommend only going to this pet urgent care facility as a very last resort.

We have been with CRAH long before the Baileys took over the practice. What an amazing experience every time you walk through the door. EVERYONE is always friendly and courteous and go out of their way to help in any way. Today my Lloyd had an accident in the carrier and Jessica took him right back and cleaned him up . And Trisha and Sylvia are just a phone call away when I need reassurance ! ! The Doctors are very knowledgeable and we trust them completely!! If you are looking for an incredible team to care for your babies this is the place!!!! They will love them like their own❤️
