I can’t say enough about the staff at this Urgent care. I was from out of town and they personally arranged for my transportation to an ER when it was clear I needed to seek more care. They checked on me frequently, got me water, made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The were exceptional. I absolutely recommend this location. They were helpful, caring and professional. It was also very clean.

I sliced a chunk of my thumb off cooking and they got me back right away. The PA Annisa and nurse Shirley were excellent. Walked me through every step and handled everything with empathy. I was in and out in 18 mins. Excellent care!! Lucky to live so close to such an excellent facility.

Welcome to corporate American healthcare at its finest.
The staff were all great and lovely. However, as one of them informed me, they are now owned by Walgreens which means they default to sending your prescription to the nearest Walgreens/Duane Reed pharmacy. I put my pharmacy in the forms I filled out, then I told both of the medical professionals that treated me the correct pharmacy AND i told the admin person on my way out (that is 3 human beings plus a form). All them confirmed verbally that they understood and changed my pharmacy (because it seems to automatically change back each time) and yet here I an the next day in the middle of a 20+ minute phone call which has so far involved 4 holds so they can simply transfer my medication to the correct pharmacy. This was going to involve a call back, but when I protested that they managed to skip that step. It’s still TBD whether or not I will even get my medication. Beyond frustrated.
