We have been loyal to Central Houston Animal Hospital for the past 11 years. We truly are thankful to them! Always caring, attentive and supportive! Every single staff member, technicians and Veterinarians are always knowledgeable and caring. Also I only trust Carrie their fabulous groomer to take care of my pups! She is the best!

How funny. I deleted a review I posted here over a year ago because I had a terrible experience with their communication, attitude, and follow up after dropping off several clients. On the last personal experience they kept changing pickup time, by hours, and then when I came at the time they quoted they made me wait an additional 45 minutes to pick up. I deleted it because they went to my client (I’m a pet care business owner) and told them about my very honest and transparent review. The silver lining after the client berated me was me learning my business is ran off of me being able to select who I work with and that my time matters too.

Since then, I Have many clients who asked me about local veterinary clinics and you better believe this one is left off my list. And my experience is shared truthfully.

I decided to come back and rewrite my review because I have another client who went here before knowing me and just had a bad experience with their animal having to receive emergency care after their visit…. I then shared my experience and they made me realize my experience mattered and it’s important to share.

These are peoples family members. Transparency, positive attitudes, and handling the ones that care for their loved ones is ALSO important.

Greco's team is very kind - knowledgeable and always ready to help. Dr. Reid, the techs, the groomer Kerry, everybody at the front desk. Very happy to have this vet practice as our number 1 support for our beloved dog.

Such an amazing clinic! The doctors are all wonderful & the staff is so incredibly kind! We have been a REHAB client for many years and the innovative treatment they do has helped my 10y/o retriever regain his strength & energy! My 6 month old PYR is already a patient!
We also use Kerry the groomer, She is wonderful!
I would recommend Central Houston Animal Hospital to any & everyone for all of their veterinary needs!

Everybody there is so nice and professional. My puppy was not very cooperative and they worked hard all day long to make sure he was groomed properly. They are wonderful and amazing and I love going there and I have for so many years.

It has been such a rough year with my tripod and this place has really placed me at ease! Kristina was our initial consult and she was very thorough and transparent with everything as well as setting goals with us. The staff has been amazing and all the assistants have been wonderful with my Luna! We are very happy to be here and have seen quite some progress from her aquatic therapy. I recommend this place in a heartbeat!!

Staff is always friendly and attentive. Dr. Reed is always pleasant, addresses all our concerns and answers all our questions.
Clint (I think his name is Clint) is great and gets you checked out in a jiffy.

Staff and doctors have always been great every time I have been in for an appointment. I have also been able to come in same day if there was an emergency with one of my pets. I would highly recommend Central Animal to all my friends. Doctor Reed was great and even stayed to chat about her experiences as a mother and offered words of encouragement.
