Been buying jewelry from them for over 16 years!! Staff is extremely helpful!! I miss one the owners so bad. She passed away from cancer. She was loved and greatly missed!!!

Bought a necklace and charm from this store, which broke a few days later. I returned it and was told No Refund or Exchange. Had to pay for the repair after a very rude sales person told me that he couldn't tell me why it broke so easily because he wasn't the one wearing it. A few days later, it broke again. Upon returning to the store, the owner was extremely dismissive after I refused to pay another repair fee. She totally ignored us. After I told them I'll be writing a review, the previously rude man suggested I get another chain for which I had to pay an additional $106.00. I would advise people to stay away. Poor quality stuff obviously. ?

Be warned! This place gets really busy during holidays and weekends. However, the waits well worth it! My friends and I went here to buy chains and the guy who took care of us was very patient although it took us forever to pick one out. He let us try on all the chains and charms that we wanted and was very understanding. I've been wearing my chain every day for months now and it still looks new and in great condition. Will always visit this store if I want any jewerlies.

Poor quality stuff obviously I paid for my necklace from this store, which broke a few days later. I returned it and was told No Refund or Exchange.

I HAD JH Silver and Jewelry PLACE FIX IT FOR ME.

JH Silver and Jewelry did say it was fake made and not real gold whit a sliver at ea. end of necklace was also not real sliver on it.
