I was recommended by my neighbor to visit your location after I expressed some difficulty in deciding where to purchase a riding mower. They specifically suggested I speak with Brian, but when I arrived, he was assisting another customer. Dave stepped in to help, and I explained that this would be my first riding mower. I also shared my indecision between purchasing a lawn tractor or a zero-turn mower.

Dave was incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly explain the key differences, ultimately persuading me to consider a zero-turn mower. I let him know that I needed to think it over as it was a significant purchase. On my way out, I had a conversation with their father, who assured me that I was in the right place for purchasing a mower. He mentioned they offer in-house servicing and delivery, which was a great bonus.

After reflecting on it overnight, I drove 45 minutes back the next day and decided to purchase the Husqvarna Z242F zero-turn mower. Brian delivered it to me today, and we had a great conversation—he’s extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their store to anyone. Thank you to the entire team!

Basically have taken them a Backpack Blower that was brand new i got on Father's Day. but even brand new things need work sometimes well it's the third time I've taken it to them for the same problem ... still no fix ,and then the guy working on it start asking me silly questions like questions that don't really mean anything I suppose he was just trying to make himself look good because of how bad it looked for them to have it the third time but instead of the conversation being spoken in a reasonable terms he just started to annoy me and when I asked him what are these dumb questions actually have anything to do with fixing it they just wanted to argue thankfully somebody that work there understood the problem and said they will get on it and give me a call back but how disappointing

Have been a regular customer up until now. Took my mower in for a warranty repair and even though it's not fixed was told that I have to pay for a part they tried but it didn't help. This is after I told them that was the first thing I tried. They want to charge me full price for something that is already easily accessible and would take less than 5 minutes to complete.Picked up mower today and price doubled because I questioned the cost. Refuses to provide old part or invoice for warranty repair. Unless you have disposable income steer clear. There are 2 other dealers in the area. I did speak with the owner and he thought it was funny and that is when the price of the drive belt doubled.
