This is a tiny, family owned shop that does excellent work at reasonable prices! We've been going to them for about 5 years so they're also well established. My boys do Not have "off the rack" body styles. They have large athletic shoulders & biceps with small waists and their pants always need to be adjusted in multiple areas as well.
To date, I've taken my sons to C3 Alterations to have their suits fitted for 3 separate proms (their bodies change from 1 year to the next as well of course!). The quality of the stitching is so precise and beautiful you can't tell that it wasn't done at a high end commercial establishment. The strength of the alterations also stands up to a whole day of pre-prom activities as well as a whole night of highly active teenage boys dancing as well!
In addition, these ladies have worked within our procrastination-limited time constraints on multiple occasions. (they might have charged a small "rush time" fee but I can't remember for sure so it wasn't an unreasonable amount.)
I'm so pleased with both the quality & price we've experienced thus far that I'm going to be taking a few of my own favorite items to be adjusted since I've recently lost quite a bit of weight. It is a good 30+min drive for me to go here. However, it is well worth it And it will be more cost effective to drive there, have the items altered & go back again to pick them up, than to just go out & buy new items (& I'm a frugal clothing shopper!)

Well, as a lot of these other reviews state, first visit, won’t be coming back. They never informed me of the costs before doing the work even though they stated “someone will call you to approve it before we work on the dresses.” Then I got a text saying they’re ready now and it’s going to be $200 for 3 dresses: 2 hems and shortening the shoulders on the 3rd dress. My biggest issue is they never called me to approve the costs. I was short on time or I would have just done it myself… lesson learned. The work was terrible as well, the fit was off on all of the dresses. This place is the absolute worst.

Gave me my clothes a week ago and came to pick it up. Lady said she forgot to do it. Clothes were not complete for my event now.

I have been coming here for years. The ladies are very sweet and do great work at reasonable prices. My only complaint is that they hardly ever have things done on time. I have even come in a few days after I was supposed to pick things up, and they are still not done saying they "forgot" about my clothes. Expect to either wait for them to do the alteration when you show up to pick it up, or know that it will not be ready when promised.
