If you have an emergency, just go. Plenty of parking, open 24 hours. The people here care.

The entire staff was great. Special thanks to Alanna for keeping us so well informed and having so much empathy. Dr. Cistola was excellent too. I cannot recall the names of the desk staff that checked us in and out, but they too were very nice and professional.

All of our questions were answered and we felt confident our animals were very well taken care of.

I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved cat, Tiger, who was my companion for 16 years. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made, but the team at Yonkers Animal Specialty Center made the experience as peaceful and compassionate as possible. From the moment we arrived, they showed incredible patience and empathy. They never rushed us and were transparent throughout the entire process, making sure that Tiger was comfortable and calm in his final moments.

The care they provided was beyond what I could have hoped for. They treated us with kindness and respect, allowing me to be with my fur baby until the very end. Though my heart is heavy with the loss, I am at peace knowing that Tiger received the best care possible in his final moments. Their professionalism, combined with their compassion, made an unbearable situation a bit more bearable. I can't thank Yonkers Animal Specialty Center enough for helping me through this difficult time and for ensuring that Tiger passed with dignity and comfort. Thank you for your outstanding service.
