All of the staff is friendly and really care about their work, overall great customer service. Fast and efficient! We definitely saved money by going here, but didn't have to compromise on quality of care. They reached out to give updates over the phone.

Had a very bad experience after take my cat there for a emergency I had assumed she had a broke leg cause she wasn't baring weight and limping..when I took her I had her in a crate in my car.i go inside and fill the form out..when it my turn the tech comes to the car and I explain I'm sure she has a.broken leg..I asked her if she want me to help her Carry the crate inside she said no she just carry my cat.i explain under normal circumstances she a very sweet girl..but I have no idea how she is gonna be or react since she is hurt..she didn't seem to care and carried her anyways ..when she got her back there I hear my cat go off and sound like the drop her or she fell..the explain the need to sedate her for xray..I said that was fine..the vet came in said she had broke it in 2 spots and it wouldn't heal it needed to come off and explain the cost..I said I can't afford that right now..so he said he would splint the leg for now and let her wake up at home to save me some money..I agreed said that was fine..when she was done I got the crate out the car and took it inside..the tech brought her out and put her in and carried her out to the car..the next day I get a call say my cat bite one the tech and the tech went to the hospital..I started asking questions number 1 why wasn't I informed before I even left the place number 2. Why did ur tech take her out the crate and carry her in..I was told the tech.told them I didn't have a crate. I said funny u have cameras correct the lady said yes I said pull the video u see me walk in with the big crate the tech put her in and us walk out..number 3 anyone with common sense knows a injured cat is gonna be unpredictable even to the owner..so why was no one wearing protective gloves while handling her also..if anything the broke and voilted thier own rules ..she assured me nothing would happen to my cat me or my daughter..now i don't have any proof but I'd love to see the video of when the took her back how do I know if she was drop or toss and that didn't injury her leg further? Now she is home and worse then when we came in ..before she was able to hop on the beds and couch ni problems. now I have to keep her in a crate 24 7 and all she can do is lay there.when I take her out to eat and drink and use the littler box I have to help and support her ..I'm upset of the lack of care for my animal and I can't trust bring her back there .now I'm not saying anything against the vet himself I don't know if he was already in the room when the took her back or not and he did seem friendly and nice ..pic are from before and after. now I have to try and get help to take her somewhere else so she don't lay and suffer .and if the owner or whoever reads my review I forgot to add it my daughter cat so u won't find her under my name but she also a family cat a part.of our family. I do appreciate the vet himself trying to help and help save money I don't have anything bad to say about him just about the tech and why would the tech lie to u all ..that part I don't understand when clearly there proof of her have a crate..yes the crate was a bigger one cause she needs room I offer to help carry the crate in but it plastic and my cat is 5 pounds so it wasn't heavy at all so that should not have been the issue .. wow took my kitty to different vet today so glad I did the other vet said her leg was not broke in 2 places only in one and she has some nerve damage wich angles didn't say anything about. her bone is try to heal also angles said it wouldn't and need to come off right then and there..so we do crate care for4 more weeks and go back ..the only time we even think about take her leg is if she drags her paw alot and get sores or cut it open by dragging but she don't drag all the time she even jump from the floor to hid table he said see she doing amaze or that wouldn't have happend.oh second thing he did not have to sedate her she never hiss at him she never scratch bite or even mowed. she let him exam her leg and all.thank god I went somewhere else my cat leg is all healed or she would have lost a leg

Super thankful for Angels Vet and staff for saving our little dog Zazu!

Reading the reviews made me a little nervous to take her here at first BUT after spending half a day sitting in their lobby and them saving my dog and bank account I am so thankful I transferred her here!

My dog started puking up her food and it became clear she was unable to digest food, her poop was starting to look weird and we begin to see blood. (We live in Kansas) so at first we took her to the pet hospital in OP we normally take our animals too. 2 X-rays and 24 hours of IV fluid (cost $2000) and they still werent sure what was wrong with her but quoted us around $5000 for surgery to explore her intestines thinking she had something tangled up in there or a blockage… That is a lot to agree to with so many unknowns….

My friend who is very involved in dog rescue recommend Angels in Savannah, MO. So I call (twice) to speak with staff and ensure they could help her and perform the surgery needed… I was told they could and was probably looking around $1000.
So DAY 2 I picked up my dog and transported her (IV and all) to Angels, after a 90 min drive the vet reviewed my dogs care at the other hospital and vet tech took her back within 15 mins for blood work and another xray.

I sit in the lobby for 2 hours waiting to hear what this vet thought and how he wanted to proceed… (which I’m not even upset about) This place was BUSY, I saw probably 10 different dogs/cats come in for care while I was sitting there. The techs were super friendly and caring, not only did I watch them interact with animals and owners, but the vet also came out and was speaking with owners regarding their pets care, very kind and to the point.

Once the vet had a plan for my dogs care I was moved to the exam room AND HE ACTUALLY SHOWED ME THE X-RAYS (the place that charged us 2k for xray and IV care would not show me the xray or print me a copy when I asked… I audit medical records for a living so I slightly know what I’m looking at and wanted to see the xray and have a copy to take to Angels but they said they normally don’t give those to owners and would send it to Angels for me ?)

Zazu ended up having a splenectomy and was at Angels from Tuesday-Friday and my total cost was $1,275!!!
Every time I call a vet tech was on the phone updating me on my dog within 1 min of calling, letting me know she was good and was going to live and in great spirits! Vet called me after surgery to fill me in and answer a few questions, I could tell on the phone he was a bit rushed to get off, but like I mentioned before this place was busy.
To help the amount of animals they do and for the affordable price they do is truly amazing!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office. My biggest worry was the review stating they were “unable to see their pet once taken back” which was never an issue. I was allowed time with my dog before leaving her and techs gave me as long as I wanted.
