I was there from 9/24 to 10/1/2024 and the care from the doctor was good. The nurses varied in the compassion and understanding when a person is truly ill. Sabine was the very best as was Carolyn in the care and concern they gave to me. I cannot give them enough praise for the dedication they have to the patients they help. Great ladies and God Bless them both.

We recently visited this facility for a follow-up regarding my husband's health condition. He had been seen at another hospital, was assessed, diagnosed and sent home with antibiotics. But, after a number of days, with little or no improvement, we visited the Carondelet Marana Hospital ER. We were greeted by a very personable and efficient young woman who handled the admission info. After only a short time waiting in the lobby, my husband was called into the exam room. Nurse Laurie took his vitals and asked strategic questions, hooked him up to an IV for rehydration, all vitals were being monitored while we waited for a doctor. Dr. Frederick Flo asked pertinent questions. Listened patiently to my husband. Made eye contact with us both. I didn't feel invisible or inconsequential. Dr. ordered a Ultrasound, EKG, blood work. Based on the results, husband was given two prescriptions to address his current issues of discomfort and given an additional diagnosis. All in all, this was a positive experience. From the front desk personnel, to the nurses Laurie and Elizabeth and tech, Alex. Very pleased with Carondelet Marana...facility is modern, clean and welcoming.

First time visiting this hospital and had such a fantastic experience. I am a chronically ill person and am no stranger to the worries of an ER visit- anything can happen! However I was so pleasantly surprised at every single step of the process.
The facility is clean, hygienic, and spacious. The reception staff was lovely and there was no wait. I got right back and was treated with respect and kindness the entire time and was in and out in 2-3 hours!
My biggest reason for writing this review is to celebrate my nurse Ken. He was the kindest and went above and beyond in every step. He was very knowledgeable and kept me smiling through the pain! I have tried to contact the Daisy Foundation to nominate him, although they unfortunately aren’t set up with this hospital. Going to contact the higher ups at Carondelet and see what I can do. He was the best!
I hope you choose to go here for your care- the doctors actually listen to you and take you seriously. Everyone was awesome. Especially Ken! Good luck!

I came here for a dog bite. The staff was completely transparent, thorough, and helpful. I was treated very well and respectfully, and was taken back to a room right away. I ended up getting x-rays, cleaned up, sutures, and everything in between. The staff was friendly and professional and I will be going back in the event of other emergencies.

I went to this Emergency Room two days ago convinced that this is the end for me due to cardiac issues and lung issues. I set out my end of life documents at home on the kitchen table because I did not expect to be back. When I got to the emergency room I was weak and dizzy and having trouble walking and organizing my thoughts. The staff took wonderful care of me with compassion and I felt had very good skill. The doctor was absolutely wonderful to me. They prepped me in case of Crisis and it's not a pleasant experience but they made me feel cared about and like I was getting good care medically. The doctor was very smart and kind and ordered some tests that I thought were appropriate under the circumstances. They had very modern equipment that made the experience easier for me. They even had a respiratory specialist in the hospital who came to help me. I was there for a few hours and then got the okay to go home. Really under all the circumstances I thought it was an excellent experience and I felt much better than when I got there. I don't have much experience with hospitals Etc but I thought this place and the people who work there were absolutely wonderful.

I'm an RN who required emergency care twice in May, and both times required that I be admitted. Prior to admission, the staff reviewed my symptoms, reviewed tests, and then the results of the tests/imaging. The transfer of care from the ER to the hospital (St. Mary's) was smooth and easy. I had a choice of hospitals to be transferred to and chose St. Mary's, as I knew they'd have easy access to everything we'd done as well as all the admission orders to simply continue the care started at the ER. The staff were all professional, caring, compassionate.
