I was sent from Banfield hospital to this medvet, and they charged me with a lot of money and I did not have anything to do with my dog, they did not check anything at all for $ 120 and my dog was sick died because of a bowel obstruction. I've had a few hours and they made me lose more time.

We’re so thankful for Med Vet! Unfortunately, we had to put our dog, Reese’ down. We tried so hard to fight for her, but she was dying of cancer. Thank you to the team for being so patient, loving, and supportive. Thank you for not rushing us as we said our final good byes. The private room really helped us grieve and let her go. It was so hard, but also a very beautiful experience watching her no longer be in pain. Thank you for the thoughtful card. That meant so much to us.

Very calm, patient, and caring team. I felt relieved as soon as I showed up. The vet tech for triage was calm and friendly and soothed my emotions. The vet was positive and informative and presented two plans of treatment with clear up front costs. My cat is now home and nudging me on the cheek and weaving between my feet and purring. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

My sweet girl woke up Saturday and could not stand. Her poor legs just gave out. My son and I carried her on her dog bed to the car and took her to MedVet. An attendant immediately came out with a stretcher and took our girl to the vet who examined her immediately. Although the outcome was as the absolute worst the vet was not only sympathetic but she told us we could have as much time as we wanted in a private room with our girl. Never having to put a dog down before she explained everything and was gentle and kind the entire time. This was by far one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do and I knew the longer I sat with her the harder it would be to go through with it. My baby didn’t feel a thing. She peacefully went to sleep and was no longer in pain. I’m grateful for these guys and for how the staff handled not only my dog but the details after. This place is top notch and highly recommended Thank you

The entire staff is amazing. We unfortunately had to put our dog to sleep. Our kids were obviously very upset. They gave our youngest a book to read which I thought was above and beyond. Very caring people

Went to primary vet to see why my chihuahua was acting funny, she had spotty urine so decided to check on her. The vet didn't seem concerned about it so she gave her antianxiety and sent us on our way. We got home and saw a lot of urine in her blood and that scared us. We immediately went to MEDVET!
The intake did take a while but I'm going to assume they had more pets in worse conditions, however, when we talked to the Vet he was so caring and understanding. Asked us many questions to get to the bottom of what's going on.
I understand some people think its unnecessary or a scam to get many test done, but when you feel your baby isn't right its needed! He sent for test, ultrasounds, and blood work, found out my baby had bladder stones and fluid in her uterus. He could've told us it was an emergency situation and charged 4k for a spay, but he asked many questions and we both came to a decision that she needed to be spayed ASAP but I can go to my primary to get it done that week.
He gave us antibiotics for her bladder stones and sent lab work to make sure they are treating the right infection.
Even thought blood in urine could be common symptom of UTI I'm super happy they took extra precautions and extra care for my baby! If we never would have come here I'm positive my baby would have died in our house with no indication of why! I'm so grateful for the staff. Thank you so much, coming here was God sent, thank you for respecting my baby and her conditions.
