Very unprofessional. I went in for behavior issues and they had me give the dog cbd which the receptionists recommend not the vet. I asked the vet if it did not work could i call in
and get something else he reassured me i could call in to get something different. When I called back to tell them it did not work they Said vet was in surgery and would call me back. They never called back so I called again in the afternoon and they said vet had went home and they were Closing in 20 minutes. To late for me to get there and pick up what I needed then they told me I had to come back in and get vaccinated which they never mentioned at the first visit. Or I had to email vet records from another vet. Again never mentioned in the first visit and now office closed. If this was what was needed when I asked for meds for my dog at the first visit they should have informed me of this and taken care of this at the first visit. Very unprofessional.

Friendly staff and always take care of the animals. We choose the small town vets over big city "animal hositals" due to lower pricing and better hands on care. No over the top costs and hidden fees
Down to earth good people who care about my pets. They see our cats and dog and we always leave happy and the issue resolved. From spade and nuder to seasonal or food allergies all the way to nail trims.

We have tried both local vets and this is the one we prefer. We have no complaints and have found every staff member encountered to be appropriately caring and sympathetic.
I've seen bad reviews, but I'll say when you have 'pet people' taking care of your pets, they may come off a bit guarded. If you think about it, those are the ones you want taking care of your furry friends.

Finding a Veterinary Clinic for our very 1st cat - Oreo was an extremely Important Decision for us... especially since our Initial visit with Dr Reed was for the Removal of a Tumor over 2yrs ago.

Since then, the Wonderful Folks at the Rose Hill Vet Clinic have just been a Delight to Visit... They just Care for the Well-being of Animals!

We took our cat in to be groomed. She left with an uneven, choppy, child-like trim. It is possible to see the rows where the clippers were used. We were charged for the grooming and three times that for anesthesia and related blood work, which we're not convinced was necessary. When we called to discuss our issues, the call quickly turned belligerent and no resolution was achieved. We are now looking for another vet that does grooming. We do not believe this office stands behind their work.

The staff (especially Kelly) was so helpful and nice. They got my dog in for a neuter faster than any other clinic could and I felt it was a very fair price for all that was included. When he was brought out, his tail was wagging and he wasn't scared at all so I knew they treated him well! I'm very pleased with the experience.
