The nurse who took me back did a lot of the work and she was professional and very nice! I liked her Russian accent !
Dr. Alex was professional as well and had a good manner about him. I was surprised and impressed that the Dr. himself called me, left a message saying that I needs MMR booster and that they’d be happy to schedule an appointment for me to get the booster! I would be happy to refer my friends and colleagues to Ascension St. Vincent Sports Performance

The process was seem less - from my doctor to MRI referral to confirm what they already knew, to PT, to strength and conditioning training. It’s been the best decision I’ve made in a very long time and I finally feel like I’m on track to be healthier in my life. Super grateful for everyone helping me - everyone has been fantastic.

Got a bill from them over a year late after being lead to believe I was covered under insurance. They were appealing with my insurance to ultimately be denied. Dealt with their billing support for a year while they told me there was a hold on my account as it was being escalated, but then surprise they passed it to collections. By this point I'm no longer with my insurance and can't appeal. Had to re-explain the issue probably a dozen times with a dozen different supervisors/managers and NEVER got a call back until I reached someone locally. They outsource this to a low budget foreign call center. Even after all of this they still only offered to give me a self-pay discount - something they could have offered from the beginning. The initial service was fine, but the bureaucracy of their big corporation was a nightmare.

The alter G machine is a great tool. I utilized it when I was injured last spring and it helped me run without pain when I was still recovering. The session prices are relatively low and the alter g here allows for faster speeds than other alter g machines I've run on! The staff were also extremely kind and helpful! Great experience!
