I have taken both of my cats here for going on three years. From the moment we walked in it was evident that this office and everyone in it cares deeply for and loves animals. My cats are usually very skittish around people but were just fine around the folks that assisted with their care. Everything the cats needed from vaccines/ECG/emergency care has been explained thoroughly and all of my questions were answered in a straight forward way I could understand.
During one emergency my cat ate a lily flower petal, and they squeezed us in to get her taken care of really quickly. As soon as I showed up and got out of my car, someone ran out to grab my cat and I sat outside to fill out paperwork. I felt extremely touched knowing that my cat was being seen urgently and she was safe. She had to be boarded for observation for 3 days while they were making sure any toxins from the flower were flushed out. I felt relieved getting daily check ins about my cat, and the employees here all seemed to really love my cat. We got lots of compliments on how sweet and silly she was upon her release, and she was back to brand new as soon as we got her room.
We have had to take both cats in for emergencies and knew we were all in good hands. We have also utilized home visits which is an amazing resource, especially for those of us that have a hard time leaving home with our pets for any reason. They can send invoice estimates through email, which really helps when I need to sort through finances when my cats need more expensive care.
I would recommend this place to anyone 100 times over and I look forward to a long relationship with Animal Clinic & Hospital. ❤️

Recently, my 13 year old German Shepherd/Black Lab needed urgent care. He's a difficult dog because he's afraid of everything. Dr. Garrison and Tech Courtney evaluated Gus and treated him, and he behaved very well in their capable hands. The team was kind, compassionate, and provided excellent communication. Gus has been a patient of the Animal Clinic since he was three months old. We are grateful for your service and personal care.

My breeder required three references to be eligible to get the puppy and the Animal Clinic and Hospital assured the breeder that this duck dog who was afraid of water would learn to swim. He now loves to swim and is in training to be a dock diving champion.

We are from out of town took our "Bela" in to them for urgent care we were seen right away , they took very good care of her they had to keep her over night they were as good as are home town Vet they even did a follow up call to check on her ...highly recommend

I brought my cat Frankie in with what turned out to be a total urinary blockage. I live in Pullman, and my vet was at capacity and I knew I wouldn't be able to afford the bill at the WSU vetinary ER. They were able to get me set up with Care Credit, and get Frankie in immediately, which saved his life. During his 2 and a half day, stay, Dr. Garrison and the techs were amazing about giving text updates, and they were quick to respond when I did text to check in on him. I'm incredibly thankful to them. Frankie thankfully loves his new prescription diet and I'm happy to say my boy is now back to being his usual sweet and chaotic orange self 🙂

for the past 14 years I have been bringing my pets to the animal clinic. Every Doctor on staff is amazing and highly skilled. recently my pet, Elsa needed urgent care, we were seen right away at 7pm on a Tuesday. dr. Christianson, although not her regular Doctor knew all Elsa history and was very prepared to fix her up. I am so appreciative of the service and the quality of care given each time I step into the clinic
