Very friendly staff who all took good care of my Winston. Just there for shots, general checkup, and nail trim. The staff could be heard talking to and comforting Winston while trimming his nails. The last place I had trim his nails muzzled him which I’m sure made him more uncomfortable and scared. I’m grateful for the team who helped us and got Winston through his nail trim quickly and painlessly. Appreciated the follow up call the next day checking on how he was doing since getting his shots.

I' ve had 3 visits here and am extremely happy. I've seen 2 vets and i was happy with both. It was a great mix of them being thorough with their care and sympathetic. This is going to be my go to vet for the future

Bring your fur family here. Seriously. We started coming here because we had to get our dog looked at for cheet grass because the waitlist at other vets were long and it was an amazing experience. I then decided to move all of my animals to critter clinic and have never looked back. They are fast and friendly, and its VERY apparent that they love our fur babies just as much as we do.

About a month ago our club footed Rottweiler, Godric, started limping more and two weeks ago his club foot swelled up really big. We brought him to CC where Dr. Smith did x-rays and had the unfortunate job of delivering the news that our sweet boy had bone cancer and was in a lot of pain. Through the entire experience not only were they so kind to us, but they each spent a little time saying their own goodbyes to him. Dr. Dennison who alongside dr. Smith personally signed a condolence letter each with a sweet short paragraph, was so great on the morning we said goodbye. She was such a comfort and i truly couldnt have done it without her.

They have always factored our lifestyle into things like prescriptions to make things easy and they make you feel at home. I wish i could give them more stars.

Annie, Tamil, Denissen, Smith, are such wonderful vets and people. We haven’t had a vet who treats our animals the way these people do. They sit on the floor with the dogs, they listen, they ask questions to get the right information. Everyone is beyond kind and friendly. Y’all really should be bringing your animals here for the best Vet experience of yours and your furry babies lives

Critter Clinic is an amazing place to take your pup. The knowledge,compassion,and flexibility has been incredible to say the least. They have always taken great care of each pet that I had. My baby of 16 years had to be euthanized January 2ns, 2024. It has been a very hard and miserable journey saying goodbye. I know that Lilo is now in a better place and pain free. Thanks to all the staff at Critter Clinic for their compassion and empathy. I still have one pup left and I can say with certainty that I will continue using Critter Clinic for all my pets needs. Dr Mike, Chris, and the wonderful team at the Critter Clinic are amazing!
They have cared for my pet family for almost 30 years! They treat each animal with skill and kindness.my dogs are happy to see them .that says it all .
