Doctor is very informative and nice. She listens to all of our questions and try her best to answer them.
Staffs are attentive and very friendly to the kids.
Rooms are nice and clean. Expect a bit of wait when you come there but they make it worth the wait.

Overall, the primary doctor Thao provided great advice to the kids, and the assistant Ann was attentive during the examinations, listening to the kids' concerns. Additionally, Aiden efficiently handled paperwork and communication, making the entire process easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this primary doctor and their team for your siblings' healthcare needs.

Have seen this doctors office 3x for my newborn child, it's been pretty frustrating having to deal with this medical office especially with the staff, twice that I've made appointments they call me and make me reschedule the appointments because doctor isn't available, when I started coming here I submitted a paper copy and the actual insurance card for my child and the 3x I've came they give me issues where they don't have the insurance on file and can't find it so they hold us back after the visit until they figure it out it's just annoying how I gave them a copy of it to place In his folder file and still they don't have it figured out. They shouldn't give the patient the option to make an appointment if there going to keep calling the patient to reschedule the appointments especially when they call you the day before to change the appointment. I will definitely be looking for another medical group to take my child too. To provide better hospitality to the patients they need to train there staff much more.

The clinic have Pediatrician office and General practice commingled. New born babies, and toddlers are not fully vaccinated should never commingled with the sick. Other pediatrician offices have well and sick kids in separated waiting room. This clinic not only don't separate the well and the sick, but have every one waited in the same waiting room. We are in the middle of pandemic and they seems not notice. Something about their lobby, it's stinky, smells like rotten egg.

We were referred by our OBGYN to Dr. Mai as our family physician and Dr. Vo as the pediatrician for our daughter. We've been to both of the office and we have had the most pleasant experiences. Dr. Mai was very knowledgeable and personal. He explained everything and he takes his time to answer any questions you may have instead of rushing you out. Dr. Vo is very kind and you can tell she loves children. She takes excellent care of our daughter. Also, both office are clean and modern, their staff are nice and friendly. Both are great Dr's.
