Thank you so much to Dr.Kerr and his amazing staff. I truly have never received so much kindness from a veterinarian office . You saved my sweet boy Mustard and I was truly devastated thinking I had no way to help him . Not only did you save me some massive heartbreak but you opened my heart and my soul and reminded that there is kindness still out here. Mustard is on day 3 of his recovery and I finally see my boy again within his restrictions of course. I won’t ever take any of my animals to another Doctor. I can’t thank you enough but I am truly grateful , my entire family is thanking you from the bottom of our hearts. ♥️

Words can't properly express my gratitude for Dr Kerr and the Burnt Store Animal hospital. I just had to put down my feline buddy of 13 years. First time I've had to experience this. Though I know it was the right thing, the pain still sucks.

But everybody here was amazing and professional. Dr. Kerr came and sat on the couch with us. His words and just overall energy were extremely helpful to me and my girlfriend at this tough time. So thank you Dr Kerr and everyone at Burnst Store Animal Hoapital. I could not have asked for better people to help us through this.

I want to give my sincere gratitude to the staff at Burnt Store Animal Hospital.
I brought my dog Ozzy (English Springer) in to see why he wasn't himself after first vet failed to diagnose a reason.
Dr Chung was quick at diagnosing the problem without a battery of unassay procedures.
Unfortunately the diagnosis was grim but Dr. Chung and the staff were Super compassionate making it soo much
easier to send my best friend over the rainbow bridge. I would recommend and have recommended this facility to friends and family.

Dr. Kerr is the most empathetic knowledgeable compassionate understanding and thoughtful veterinarian I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting and getting to work with. Not only does he understand you and speaks your “language” he also has a way with animals that helps them understand to. Dr. Kerr is incredible and I will always bring my pets to him. When you have to chose someone to take care of some of the most precious beings in your life… Dr. Kerr can be trusted 200% of the time. Thank you for taking care of my loved ones.

I had the privilege of working at this clinic a few years ago before I moved states. Dr. Kerr and his team are amazing people and I still mention them whenever anyone I work with asks about my time in Florida. I will never forget his empathy for clients and their pets. I still remember him seeing a veteran's dog last minute before the clinic closed - regardless of cost constraints from the owner after he'd been turned away from multiple practices due to finances/estimates. This was almost 5 years ago and it still stays with me. There are amazing people at this hospital and I would bring my own animals there if I still lived in FL.

First, I would like to say the vets here are excellent. It is their business practices that I have an issue with. I have three large dogs that I regularly take here. During our last visit for an ear infection, my wife was asked if we wanted an allergy shot for our dog. We have gotten numerous allergy shots for them. While the wife was waiting for the estimate of the cost of services, she was advised our dog was done. She went to the cashier, found out the ear infection cost $180 but the allergy shot was $240!!! The last two times we had an allergy shot for one of our dogs were both under $50 (and one of the dogs was bigger). I called and asked the office manager why wasn't an estimate given before doing the procedure, like every other time we went. I was told my dog had this same medicine over a year ago, so they didn't give an estimate. This wasn't a regular medicine, also our other dogs were recently given a much much cheaper allergy shot. I stated I wasn't happy about them not giving an estimate for something that was more expensive than the reason for the visit. She said , "Oh Well" and that is what they did and the dog has gotten the medicine.

I feel that a vet should give the options and not go for the most expensive one. Secondly, estimates should always be given before a procedure. This vet seems to love the animals, but unfortunately they love money more.
