They always can fit my dogs in. The staff is super friendly. Reasonably priced. I have had a few unique situations, and the vet and staff are always willing to help in any way possible.

Very caring and professional. Everyone that I have come in contact with at this clinic has been knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. If I have a concern about my 18 year old cat with health issues, the front desk staff will ask questions about the meds, the frequency, and any other and note items. The entire staff is in contact with each other continuously. When they take my boy to poke and prod they are talking to him the entire time, seeing as he is a big talker himself. It puts my mind at ease when I hear this. Knowing that it takes a little time for blood work, our vet will look in on us and state that we are working on it. They don’t have to do this but they do it anyway. People are nervous and or upset when we take our critters to the vet. It is the little contacts, professional listening and genuine compassion makes all of the difference to us. Thank you all for what and how you do it.

These guys are great! They are not our primary vet. We had a bit of an emergency on the weekend and our vet wasn't open. These guys were able to get us in on a Saturday and even called to get us in earlier when they had a cancellation. They were all very kind and helpful. They took great care of our dog. They even called later to check in and see if she was doing ok. Our normal vet doesn't even do that. We are seriously considering switching to these guys for our primary vet even though its a bit of a drive.

Our six month old golden retriever puppy was coughing and we were referred to Ridgway Animal Hospital by our campground host. The vet and tech were amazing. Even though we weren’t established patients there, they got us in quickly. The next morning we received a follow up call checking on our pup.

AMAZING staff! My dog isn't even a patient here, but when he suddenly became ill, my regular vet was unavailable. Dr. Rachel at RAH graciously looked at my dog's labs and gave recommendations. The staff here could not be friendlier or care more about their patients.
