Our pup was too excited to play in the snow during our last storm.
Unfortunately, she cracked a toe nail badly. I reached out to VCA and they had an appointment for us that afternoon.
Everyone was so kind and sweet to both me and the pup.
Though she’s a very anxious dog at the vet, they handled it very well. They removed the nail, bandaged her up, and we were on our way home.
They were wonderful to work with and I am so thankful they were there to help my pup when we got so much snow.
Great team of wonderful people!

We enjoyed taking our pup here for a few years. Then we started feeling like they were recommending unnecessary services just to charge more - every vet appointment just kept getting more expensive even though our pup was getting healthier (we feed him human-grade raw dog food and only want the best for him!). We recently decided to shop around and only now, after four years at VCA, realize how much more expensive they are for mediocre care. Vaccinations are half the price elsewhere (if not less). The price of allergy shots are even more inflated than that… shop around folks!

I can’t speak to ownership, but, the people that work here are incredibly supportive and took great care of my dog and continue to do so. Always quick to respond and lend a helping hand. Dr Baxter and Dr Pradhan are the best! I could not be more thankful for their care and time in helping my dog. I stumbled across this vet when mine was backed up and will never go to another one as long as these doctors are here.

I'm from out of town & had to schedule a last minute vet visit for dog boarding and Jessica & Dr. Damaske took real good care of my pup. I love their welcoming energy. 10/10 would come back to this location again when I'm back in town. Thank you for your service!

Redoing this review because in the 15 years I've used this location things have gone way downhill. I want management to see how unhappy I am and simply editing a review doesn't do that.

This used to be a great local vet but over the years it's turned into nothing short of a grift. Shame on management because there are some amazing vets being screwed out of doing their jobs. Your pets health is too important to take them here. Do some research and find a vet not owned by venture capital. By going here you are funding some rich guys yacht.

Came in for an emergency visit with my dog, I had noticed his pupils were two different sizes and was concerned he had a seizure or a stroke, and how his breathing was a bit different - inverted sneezing of sort. Got him examined. Checked gravity/density of eye, any scratches, water production. They thought he just had an eye infection. And said he had Horners syndrome, and doesn’t know why his pupils are different sizes. Sent home with prescriptions. After his eye, I had noticed a slight personality change. He wouldn’t play with his favorite toy. And his demeanor was different. Two weeks later, no change with his eye. Dropped him off with my mother for 6 days. The day I dropped him off he seemed his normal self. Rolling in the grass and playing with a tennis ball. A few days later, my mother tells me he seems rather clingy and restless. Couldn’t sit still, sitting up laying down sitting up. The next day he started having problems with his hips, he had a harder time standing up and difficult time going up stairs. Then comes Monday; he got really weak his legs gave out. Had to scoot down the stairs on his butt.
That’s when my mother and sister decided to take him to the vet. They performed labs and X-rays. Both did not look good. Lymphocytes and WBC through the roof. Xray didn’t look good either. Vet also said he had a neurological deficit with his eye and his foot. Got him on some antibiotics. After the vet he declined more. His back foot would curl under itself when he tried to walk, almost like foot drop. Still restless, can’t stand or walk on his own very hard for him to. When I arrived home, he did a complete 180. I noticed the curvature in his back had changed. Tuesday evening, he fell while trying to go potty. He laid down on the porch. While on the porch he peed himself. He did that again this morning. This morning I noticed his other back foot started curving in. He fell while trying to stand up. Barely eating this morning didn’t want any treats. I had left the house, my sister was with him at the time. He tried standing up, he whined fell to the ground and he died at 11.20am 07/17.
Contacted caring pathways, we talked to her about what had happened. Mentioned all the neurological problems. And had shown her how all the muscle mass on his left side of his face(the eye with the dropped eye lids, 3rd eye showing and constricted pupil) was. She had said this how dogs with eye conditions are common with lymphoma.
Yes, Horners syndrome could be idiopathic. But doctor didn’t say anything else on what could have caused his eye condition. I believe according to the X-rays he had cancer and metastasized into lymphoma thus causing his eye; and neurological damage.
Wondering if the vets had suggested any further testing we had known what was going on.

Everyone here is so caring, attentive and hard working! They take very special care of my newly adopted kitten, Frida. I can’t thank them enough for giving her the proper care after her adoption and post spay. They are quick to respond to any concern I had, and I’d say communication is top notch! She’s living her best life, and I’m grateful for their time and efforts! 🙂

I didn't like the service. Their approach to care was almost forced to select a care plan pushing for shots my pet didn't need. It just seemed more about money. My pets health is important. I most definitely will not use them as my Veterinary provider. It was like it wasn't my choice. They made me feel like use us or else. Zero stars if I'm answering honestly. Oh and when my visit was over the girl who was assisting the Dr. Says can you just leave. Don't go to the counter just leave.
