This clinic is amazing! We had an emergency 911 vet visit for our golden retriever today and we were treated like royalty. Their customer service and patient care is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Even having a fully booked schedule, they were able to accommodate my pups injury and make sure he was well taken care of. This was our first time using this clinic and vet. We were so blown away by the experience that we filled out primary care paperwork for this place to be our new vet for ongoing treatment/ shots/ appointments. Thank you to the entire staff for the best experience possible!

#I❤️Sploot My girl Harley jumps from the car and makes a b-line to the front door of Sploot. She is usually greeted by Belle who loves her and Harley starts hopping with tail wagging while she gets her hugs and kisses. She is a 130 lb Lab, so it is quite a site. She loves her doctor, the staff, the free tennis balls and yummy treats. She gets more excited going to Sploot than she does going to the dog park. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else!

This is our second Sploot location as we relocated from the Denver metro area to South Denver. Both offices have been incredible. Today at Highlands Ranch, we saw Dr. Ratchford, and our vet tech was Lexi. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and thorough with my dog, Dottie. Dottie has a relatively complex medical history and both Lexi and Dr. Ratchford took the time to go over her entire file and ask questions about previous visit reasons and how she was faring overall before supporting us for our visit that day. Lexi even gave her a nail trim before we were sent on our way. The flexibility of booking appointments, the knowledgeable staff, and the efficiency of Sploot are why we keeping coming back. The person on the front desk was also friendly, helpful, and got us right in!

Everyone there was great! From helping get my dog from the car through the entire visit, everybody was very kind and focused on my dog’s comfort and health. The clinic is modern, clean and comfortable. They also got me in within hours on a Sunday and didn’t charge an Emergency visit fee. Dr Skinner was very thorough and went through her recommendations without trying to upsell everything. I’m so happy I found Sploot and will take my dog there from now on.

Our dobie tore his side open on wire fencing, our vet told us to come here for urgent care and it was such a nice experience! The team is beyond wonderful and caring and we knew our dog was in good hands. Pricing is very affordable for urgent pet care (staples, cleaning wound, exam and meds) we spent half or just under half of what it would have cost at an emergency vet.
The office is stunning and very clean. They even have human snacks and water out for your wait. Dr. Ratchford was amazing and so kind. He also has a dobie so he knew the struggles. Our tech Sam was also wonderful and so helpful. Thank you so much for taking care of our big guy Sploot!

They even gave him a purple paw award for his bravery, which was a cute extra touch!

Absolutely love this place. Met with Dr. Skinner yesterday to establish care there since we moved. She was amazing, made me super comfortable and heard. She legit sat on the floor our entire visit petting my boy and just loving on him even after she was done doing his exam. I have never felt so comfortable at a vet and I highly recommend!

Our dog was experiencing an uncomfortable new symptom while we were visiting the area and away from our home vet, of course over the weekend. It didn’t warrant a pet hospital bill, but still needed attention. I found Sploot and was able to get a Sunday afternoon appointment! (It meant no waiting at a pet hospital either thank goodness.) The cost was super reasonable, we were in and out efficiently and quickly, and the facility was really nice. Our dog is much happier now and feeling better so I’m really glad I found them and they had weekend availability!

Wonderful. . Spectacular. . Friendly. . Convenient. They got our Abby, with pink eye, in right away. We're visiting from St. Louis MO and were extremely please with the service and personnel. Hopefully she will get better fast and back to exploring.
