No me gusta los lugares que re hacen esperar sin motivos, hago una cita para quee sea fácil y llegan más personas después si cita y los atienden primero eso es muy desagradable, y el veterinario no se ve muy profesional..

This week has truly been a nightmare noticing my beautiful 8 year old tabby was not eating and vomiting for 2 days. I needed to go somewhere nearby for immediate attention. They were able to take her in the same day I called and Dr.Cedeno advised me that she would need to be admitted because she was clearly sick. His attention and warm dedication to my Xena was tremendous. He even kept me updated the same night and these past days which was greatly appreciated. I was so worried and devastated but his staff and himself made me feel at ease. As soon as test results came in (which revealed her urine protein was high) he advised what to do and what to feed her along with future measures I need to take to prevent her from getting sick. I am forever grateful. If you want to take your pet to someone who truly cares this is the place to come. Thank you Dr.Cedeno and your lovely staff for being so attentive and helpful!!!?

My experience at Riverdale Animal was amazing to say the least. I brought my kitten here a few months ago to get him neutered and the Doctor was exceptional. He was incredibly caring and loving towards my cat, and made sure to explain the procedure and after care carefully. The operation went smoothly and my cat is now a happy, healthy, playful one-year-old! Having had such a great experience with our first visit, I went again, this time with my older cat. My cat got stressed out and sick on the car ride over, and the staff went above and beyond, making sure to clean him up and calm his nerves. The doctor is kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Prices are good. El Doctor tambien habla Español for all my Spanish speakers out there. I highly recommend this vet clinic to everyone because their love for animals really shows!

Weird and rude business. The doctor was less than pleasant over the phone. When I asked questions to understand my cat’s treatment he labeled me as rude and uncooperative. Refused to talk to me and requested to only speak to my boyfriend, whom he treated very nasty as well. Charged me for a urine exam that did not take place, when I asked if I could bring my cat back to have it done I was told I would have to pay for it again. I basically paid $500 to be treated badly. I requested my documentation and will definitely not be coming back. Very sad because a trusted person recommended this vet and now I am thoroughly disappointed in his treatment. $500 later I still don’t know what is wrong with my cat. Thanks for nothing doctor!

Wonderful and skilled and caring vet and staff. They saved my cat, Charlie, from a serious illness. They gave me great advice through Charlie’s recovery period. The vet prescribed a good he loves more than his old food!
